유연성 때문에 임대합니다.

직장을 잃거나 다른 직업을 찾거나 가족과 더 가깝게 살고 싶다고 결정한 경우, 주택 판매와 관련된 비용없이 그렇게 할 수있었습니다.

5-10 년 동안 살고 싶은 곳은 아직 확고한 계획이 없으며, 그 때까지는 내가 소유하기에는 분명한 의미가 없습니다.

아마도 번역기로 글을 쓰나 봅니다.
ㅎ
전 소유하고 있습니다. 당연히 대출은 끼고^^
한국은 자고 일어나면 집값이 올라있어서 대출 끼고 살수 있으면 사는게 좋다고 생각합니다. 서울과 지방의 집값이 너무 차이 나는 것도 이해가 가면서도 좀 속상하기도 하고 그렇습니다. 인간이 태어나면 살 집도 하나 같이 들고 태어나면 얼마나 좋을까요? ㅎ

소유하는 비용이나 렌트하는 비용이 큰 차이가 없어서 거주하고 있는 집은 소유하고 있습니다.
렌트주고 있는 집도 있구요. 부동산은 거주용 뿐 아니라 안정적인 소득을 주는 방법으로도 중요하다고 생각합니다.
