Hello Steemitsonians,  

Like I stated in my earlier (first post) I started a new series of Interactive Q&A posts with the aim of having everyone share their thoughts about myths and other long-standing opinions that have over time become 'facts' without anyone really questioning the veracity of the claims.

This is what I would like you to do:

1. Share your thoughts and opinion on a particular myth and support your statement with facts and source of facts so we can all scrutinize and learn from them.  

2. If there is any myth, statement or response you disagree with, please do so with a counter argument with fact, making reference to your source.

At some point I will reveal my research on this myths as well.

## Myth 3:  Sugar causes children to be hyperactive.
