Mi nombres  es Marisol del Valle Morales Inciarte, Mujer, Creyente en Dios Padre,en su Hijo Jesucristo y nuestro Consolador El Espíritu Santo, esperando su venida.  Trabajadora de 51 años, Venezolana, residenciada desde hace 16 años en la localidad de Cantaura,  Estado Anzoátegui, Casada, Madre de 2 Chicos, dedicada a mi hogar y trabajo. 
 
> My name is Marisol del Valle Morales Inciarte Woman, Believer in God the Father, in his Son Jesus Christ and our Comforter the Holy Spirit, waiting for his coming.  Working 51 years old, Venezuelan, residing for 16 years in the town of Cantaura, Anzoátegui State, Married, Mother of 2 children, dedicated to my home and work.

Naci en una localidad del Estado Zulia llamada Caja Seca, donde vive mi familia paterna, pero fui criada en dos estados del país (Portuguesa, Zulia), esto debido al trabajo que tenia mi papa, es Mecanico y siempre debíamos mudarnos, los hermanos nacimos en diferentes estado del  país. Estudié la primaria en Portuguesa y la secundaria en Ciudad Ojeda, zulia.

> I was born in a town in the state of Zulia called Caja Seca, where my father's family lives, but I was raised in two states of the country (Portuguesa, Zulia), this because of my father's job, he is a mechanic and we always had to move, the brothers were born in different states of the country. I studied elementary school in Portuguesa and high school in Ciudad Ojeda, Zulia.
                    
## Un poco de mi vida ##

Crecí en medio de una familia maravillosa y grande, somos 7 hermanos (5 hembras y 2 Varones), Mi Madre Alberica Inciarte, es y será mi modelo a seguir, Luchadora, trabajadora, la persona que nos enseñó el respeto, los valores e innumerables cosas con las cuales me formé, agradezco a diario a Dios por ella y por toda mi familia, si volviera a nacer los escogería de nuevo, me siento privilegiada en tenerlos. Mis mejores amigas, Mis hermanas, Mayeila, Marilis, Morela y mi hermana Mayor Alberica aunque ya no está físicamente entre nosotros.

> I grew up in the middle of a wonderful and big family, we are 7 siblings (5 females and 2 males), My mother Alberica Inciarte, is and will be my role model, fighter, hard worker, the person who taught us respect, values and countless things with which I was formed, I thank God daily for her and for all my family, if I were born again I would choose them again, I feel privileged to have them. My best friends, my sisters, Mayeila, Marilis, Morela and my older sister Alberica although she is no longer physically with us.

Fue uno de los días más tristes para nos marco dejando un vacío entre nosotros, solo a través de la fortaleza que nos da día a día nuestro Dios hemos podidos sobrellevar esta pérdida. Ella una mujer y Madre ejemplar fue durante varios años nuestra protectora, quien nos defendia diariamente de malas amistades, de chicos que no tenían buenas intenciones, y de muchas cosas mas, le agradezco a Dios por Ella, y por todo lo que representa para mi, mis  hermanas, sus hijas y mi madre. 

> It was one of the saddest days for us leaving a void between us, only through the strength that our God gives us day by day we have been able to overcome this loss. She was an exemplary woman and mother for several years our protector, who defended us daily from bad friends, from boys who had bad intentions, and many other things, I thank God for her, and for all that she represents for me, my sisters, her daughters and my mother.

Mi trayecto de vida no ha sido fácil, mi padre abandonó el hogar cuando tenía 6 años, y eso nos trajo mucha tristeza a mi madre y a todo  los hermanos, lo que motivó a que mi madre tuviera que salir a trabajar para nuestro sustento hasta que tuvimos la suficiente edad para ser nosotras las que comenzamos a trabajar para costear nuestros estudios, fue difícil, penoso y doloroso, pero también fue lo que nos hizo crecer y luchar para ser quien soy actualmente. Terminé mi secundaria, y realice muchos cursos. preparándome para lograr conseguir mejores puestos de trabajo, al lograrlo inicie mis estudios universitarios donde obtuve el título de Tsu en Administración, desde entonces he tenido 3 puestos Administrativos y todos relacionados con el proceso de la industria Maderera, donde estoy actualmente trabajando.

> My life journey has not been easy, my father left home when I was 6 years old, and that brought a lot of sadness to my mother and all the siblings, which motivated my mother to have to go out to work for our livelihood until we were old enough to be the ones who started working to pay for our studies, it was difficult, painful and painful, but it was also what made us grow and fight to be who I am today. I finished my high school, and took many courses, preparing myself to get better jobs, when I did I started my university studies where I obtained the title of Tsu in Administration, since then I have had 3 administrative positions and all related to the process of the timber industry, where I am currently working.

En la actualidad trabajo en la empresa Corporacion Maderteca,c.a, desde el año 2006, sucursal Cantaura, encargada del área administrativa, tengo mucho que agradecerle a esta familia en general, especialmente a mi jefe Manuel otero, a quien conocí el año 2000 cuando como Cliente visitaba la empresa Aserradero San Miguel, c.a, en ciudad Bolivar, mi trabajo anterior donde trabaje desde año 1994 hasta el 2004. Esta conexión laboral me llevó en un momento crítico de mi vida a acudir a este señor para solicitarle un puesto de trabajo; a través de esta llamada consegui mi trabajo, y comencé en la sede principal ubicada en la ciudad Capital Caracas, y desde allí fui trasladada a esta Localidad de Cantaura. Llegué aquí con una situación sentimental, y financiera difícil, pero como todo obra para bien,  me ha ido muy bien, agradezco a Dios todos los días porque este cambio ha traído cosas muy buenas para mi vida y la de mi familia.

> At present I work in the company Corporacion Maderteca, c.a, since 2006, Cantaura branch, in charge of the administrative area, I have much to thank this family in general, especially my boss Manuel Otero, whom I met in 2000 when as a customer I visited the company Aserradero San Miguel, c.a, in Ciudad Bolivar, my previous job where I worked from 1994 to 2004. This work connection led me in a critical moment of my life to go to this gentleman to ask for a job; through this call I got my job, and I started in the main office located in the capital city of Caracas, and from there I was transferred to this town of Cantaura. I arrived here with a difficult sentimental and financial situation, but as everything works for good, I have done very well, I thank God every day because this change has brought very good things for my life and that of my family.

## Mi hogar ##

Conocí a mi esposo Richard Borjas  a los 33 años, a los 34 decidimos iniciar una vida juntos y tener mi primer hijo Diego de Jesus, para él fue el tercero, ya tenía 2 de su pareja anterior. Es mi primogénito y creo que se parece a mi, no físicamente  pero en su forma de pensar si, es impetuoso, tiene muchas metas y se empeña a diario para alcanzarlo.      

>I met my husband Richard Borjas when I was 33 years old, at 34 we decided to start a life together and have my first son Diego de Jesus, for him it was the third, he already had 2 from his previous partner. He is my first born and I think he looks like me, not physically but in his way of thinking yes, he is impetuous, has many goals and strives daily to achieve them.

En el año 2010 decidimos formalizar o legalizar nuestra unión y nos casamos antes las leyes espirituales y terrenales, en obediencia a la palabra de Dios.

Este mismo año llegó a nuestro hogar, mi segundo hijo Benjamin de Jesús.

Es muy parecido a su hermano, le encanta el deporte y practica 2 de ellos, la Natación y el Fútbol, buen estudiante, le agradezco a Dios por estos dos regalos hermosos que le dan vida a nuestro hogar, estamos siempre en la búsqueda de ayudarlos a crecer en todas sus metas.

> He is very similar to his brother, he loves sports and practices 2 of them, Swimming and Soccer, good student, I thank God for these two beautiful gifts that give life to our home, we are always looking to help them grow in all their goals.

## Que hago aquí ##

Quiero explorar esta plataforma para que sea un puente para darme a conocer y ayudar a la familia sobre todo a las mujeres, porque Como Mujer, tengo muchas experiencia que compartir y mucha que me gustaría conocer para cada dia aprender mas sobre el mundo de las mujeres en todas sus áreas.

> I want to explore this platform to be a bridge to make myself known and help the family, especially women, because as a woman, I have many experiences to share and many that I would like to know to learn more every day about the world of women in all areas.

Mantengo la búsqueda de aprender cosas nuevas, creo que me falta mucho por conocer, y mucho que dar. Estoy aquí para conocer y compartir lo aprendido, disfruto la lectura, escribir y ayudar de cualquier forma a quien necesite un consejo, experiencia, palabras. Me enfoco mucho en cómo dominar nuestras emociones, con el tiempo he comprendido que las emociones desenfrenadas pueden arruinar nuestras vidas, a través de la palabra de Dios y la lectura general que he estudiado y analizado puedo entender porque atravesamos tantas dificultades.

> I keep looking to learn new things, I think I still have a lot to learn, and a lot to give. I am here to know and share what I have learned, I enjoy reading, writing and helping in any way to anyone who needs advice, experience, words. I focus a lot on how to master our emotions, with time I have understood that unbridled emotions can ruin our lives, through the word of God and the general reading I have studied and analyzed I can understand why we go through so many difficulties.

la conexión con Hive llegó a mi, gracias a mi Sobrina @vanerojas90, quien me habló de esta comunidad, me  presentó esta plataforma como una fuente de trabajo y de interrelaciones, he obtenido a través de las redes mucha información adicional sobre ella, por lo tanto la considero  completa en todo sus ámbitos.     

Hive me motiva a darle continuidad a mis sueños y metas, como es el de escribir, enseñar, compartir mis experiencias como Mujer, Madre,hija  y también a impartir todas esas cualidades que siempre he aplicado en mi vida.
