Feliz noche amigos. Hoy quiero compartir el paso a paso de este delicioso arroz de coliflor es una idea genial para sustituir el arroz normal y bajamos las calorías de nuestras comidas. Este arroz es fácil de hacer y muy delicioso.

**Good night friends. Today I want to share the step by step of this delicious cauliflower rice. It is a great idea to replace normal rice and we reduce the calories in our meals. This rice is easy to make and very delicious.**

Para hacer este arroz necesitamos:
- 1 coliflor.
- 1/2 pimentón.
- 1/2 cebolla.
- 1/2 zanahoria.
- cilantro.
- sal.

**To make this rice we need:**

- 1 cauliflower.
- 1/2 paprika.
- 1/2 onion.
- 1/2 carrot.
- coriander.
- Salt.

Vamos a limpiar el coliflor y quitar un poco los tallos de este y dejar la parte de arriba.

**We are going to clean the cauliflower and remove a little of the stems from it and leave the top part.**

Vamos a cortar el coliflor lo más pequeño posible para que parezca arroz.

**We are going to cut the cauliflower as small as possible so that it looks like rice.**

La cebolla, pimentón y cilantro también los vamos a cortar finamente así será más fácil que se integre con el coliflor.

**We are also going to cut the onion, paprika and coriander finely so it will be easier to integrate with the cauliflower.**

Vamos a colocar una cucharada de aceite y esperar que esté se caliente y colocamos la cebolla, pimentón y cilantro.

Ahora vamos a colocar la zanahoria, está la cortamos en cuadros bien pequeños.

Ahora agregamos el coliflor y sal. Mezclamos muy bien con los demás ingredientes y tapamos para dejar que se cocine.

**Now add the cauliflower and salt. Mix very well with the other ingredients and cover to let it cook.**

Luego de 5 minutos nuestro arroz de coliflor está listo. Yo tardo más tiempo cortando todos los ingredientes finamente, que lo que tardo cocinando este arroz, que es delicioso.

**After 5 minutes our cauliflower rice is ready. It takes me longer to finely chop all the ingredients than it does to cook this rice, which is delicious.**

Me encantó! Una alternativa súper saludable! Y en casa amamos el coliflor. Mi hermana prepara mucho este arroz porque está haciendo una dieta cetogenica y el arroz no está permitido. Así que lo hace con coliflor.
