- 1 1/2 taza de arroz.
- 3 tazas de agua.
- aceite con onoto.
- sal.
- 1/2 repollo morado.
- 1 zanahoria.
- 1 cebolla.
- 1/2 pimentón rojo.
- 200 gr de cebollín.
- salsa de soya.

|     Una vez el aceite está caliente agregamos el arroz. Yo use arroz para risoto que era el que tenía en casa pero quedó realmente bien. |     Una vez el arroz está listo lo agregamos en otro recipiente y comenzamos a agregar la salsa de soya, no pongo una cantidad exacta ya que esto va al gusto de cada quien. |     Lo ideal es cortar el repollo bien fino, yo lo pase por una mandolina y así quedó bien fino y luego lo corte en cubos,  me gusta usar repollo morado porque le da bastante color a nuestro arroz. Amiga eso quedó realmente hermoso y no dudó de que sea delicioso. Desde el principio me preguntaba cómo se diferencian todos los colores y ya veo el truco es cocer los vegetales por separado. Eso es espectacular. Porque tanto la zanahoria como el repollo morado pintan, roto de esta manera se distinguen todos los colores por separados estoy maravillada y debo intentarlo.
