Changing habits.

*Today I want to share with you how my change of diet is going. A little over a week ago I changed my diet a lot, I am not eating flour, rice and pasta and no fat. I am eating a lot more protein and vegetables.*

*For some time I wanted to change my diet but for various reasons I could not. Until my body alerted me and I had no choice but to start eating better. Well, I am having quite a few problems with my gallbladder and I must say that the pains are too strong, the doctor who treated me compared them to labor pains. And the solution to this according to him was the operation. But due to the situation in the country, I have not even been able to do the echo to know if there are many gallstones or even their size.*

*But for the moment the solution has been to eat healthy and thus the gallbladder is not forced and it does not cause me pain. The truth is that eating healthy has been difficult because it is expensive and the country's situation makes it more complicated. But with the help of my mom and everything I do here on the platform I go little by little and eat healthy. Yes I know it is a bit late, but we were more than 6 hours without light...*
