Here they are known as dry pasta cookies and I found this recipe that I loved.**  Para hacer estás galletas necesitamos: - 500 gr de harina de trigo. - 250 gr de azúcar. - 250 gr de mantequilla. - 1 cucharada de vainilla. - 1 huevo. - sprinkles. **To make these cookies we need:** - **500 gr of wheat flour.** - **250 gr of sugar.** - **250 gr of butter.** - **1 spoon of vanilla.** - **1 egg.** - **sprinkles.**  Comenzamos colocando la mantequilla y la azúcar, y batimos bien hasta que la mantequilla se vea más clara y ya no se sienta tanto la azúcar. **We start by placing the butter and sugar, and beat well until the butter looks lighter and the sugar no longer feels so much.**  Luego de haber batido bien la azúcar y mantequilla agregamos el huevo. **After having beaten the sugar and butter well, add the egg.**  Luego de integrar el huevo vamos a agregar la vainilla. **After integrating the egg we are going to add the vanilla.**  Ahora vamos a cernir la harina de trigo y agregar a la mezcla. **Now we are going to sift the wheat flour and add to the mixture.**  Así va a quedar nuestra masa de galleta una vez lista. **This is how our cookie dough will be once ready.**  Para hacer nuestras galletas vamos a colocar la masa en una manga pastelera. Y las vamos haciendo en una bandeja para llevar al horno. **To make our cookies we are going to place the dough in a pastry bag. And we are making them on a tray to take to the oven.**  Y cuando ya tenemos las galletas en la bandeja le colocamos los sprinkles y llevamos al horno. **And when we have the cookies on the tray, we place the sprinkles and take them to the oven.**  Y cuando nuestras galletas están doradas ya están listas y de verdad que quedan deliciosas. **And when our cookies are golden they are ready and they are really delicious.**
