Deliciosas Hamburguesa 🍔 paso a paso [ESP-ENG]

Hoy cenamos hamburguesas y aquí les traigo el paso a paso de como las hicimos. El pan lo hice yo en casa y les deje como hacerlos en mi post anterior.

- ***Today we have hamburgers for dinner and here I bring you the step by step of how we made them. I made the bread at home and I let you know how to make it in my previous post.***


Para hacer hamburguesas necesitamos: 
- pan de hamburguesas.
- carne molida.
- cebolla.
- ajo.
- cilantro.
- sal.
- tomate.
- pepino.
- lechuga.
- salsa de tomate.
- mostaza.
- mayonesa.

- ***To make hamburgers we need:***
- hamburger bun.
- Ground beef.
- onion.
- Garlic.
- coriander.
- Salt.
- tomatoes.
- cucumber.
- lettuce.
- ketchup.
- mustard.
- Mayonnaise. 

Comencé por adobar la carne. Pique bien pequeño la cebolla, ajo y cilantro y se lo coloque a la carne. Con un poco de sal y mostaza y ya nuestra carne queda muy deliciosa.

- ***I started by marinating the meat. Chop the onion, garlic and cilantro very small and add it to the meat. With a little salt and mustard and our meat is already very delicious.***

Luego hice pequeñas bolitas de carne que aplaste y frei para ya tener lista nuestra carne para rellenar nuestras hamburguesas.

- ***Then I made small meat balls that I mashed and fried to have our meat ready to fill our burgers.***

Coloque todos los ingredientes en la mesa y comencé a armar las hamburguesas. Abrí el pan y le coloque las diferentes salsas.

Luego coloque la carne, el pepino, el tomate, la cebolla y la lechuga y ya nuestra hamburguesa estuvo lista. Yo particularmente no la caliento pero hay personas que si lo hacen.

Yum! Nothing better than home made burgers the taste is so much more filling. They also don't leave you bloated or heavy like fast food places. 

I often use Parsley in my burgers ill have to try coriander, I find parsley goes alot better with Garlic.

These burgers look healthy and really delicious. And you're right, cooking at home is priceless, especially in these times of a pandemic. To the question you ask, which is my favorite junk food, I can honestly tell you that this is the one you have presented here, the hamburger, although I do not consider it junk food, because if you prepare it with hygiene, quality products , and you limit the sauces and fried foods a bit, it can be a very complete meal. I liked the preparation of the meat, it is quite similar to how I do it. I see that you are like me, hahahaha, you still haven't taken off Christmas. A great greeting.

Estas hamburguesas se ven sanitas y realmente deliciosas. Y tienes razón, cocinar en casa no tiene precio, especialmente en estos tiempos de pandemia. A la pregunta que haces, de cuál es mi comida chatarra favorita, puedo decirte con sinceridad, que es ésta, la que has presentado aquí, la hamburguesa, aunque yo no la considero comida chatarra, pues si la preparas con higiene, productos de calidad, y limitas un poco las salsas y frituras puede ser una comida completísima. Me gustó la preparación de la carne, es bastante similar a cómo yo la hago. Veo que estás como yo, jajajaja, que aún no quitas la Navidad. Un gran saludo.
