Y al comenzar con la venta de las tortas decidí decorarlas con crema de mantequilla o fondant pero odiaba cuando me solicitaban una torta con merengue italiano, está cobertura de las tortas era mi peor pesadilla, mi mayor reto y mi más grande dolor de cabeza. Cuando aceptaba hacer estás tortas de antemano aclaraba que no era muy buena con el merengue italiano. Por aquí les dejo algunas fotos de mis primeras tortas con merengue italiano y se nota que no era el mejor merengue, pero aún así yo estaba dando lo mejor de mi. No tienen idea de cuantas claras y azúcar dañe para hacer merengue.* | **I think that when we start with a venture we know that we are going to have many challenges on our way. Mis favoritas son las tortas con rosetas y sin lugar a dudas estas tortas se deben realizar con un merengue italiano firme para que pueda mantener la forma en la decoración y no se dañe.* | **Next I will leave you some of the cakes that I have made after improving my decorating techniques.
