Hoy quiero compartir el paso a paso de como hice estos panes rellenos de queso. Son deliciosos.

**Today I want to share the step by step of how I made these cheese-filled breads. They're delicious.**

Para hacer estos panes necesitamos:
- 1 kilo de harina de trigo todo uso.
- dos tazas de leche.
- media taza de azúcar.
- 2 cucharadas de levadura.
- 2 cucharadas pequeña  de sal.
- 3 huevos.

**To make these breads we need:**
- **1 kilo of all-purpose wheat flour.**
- **two cups of milk.**
- **half a cup of sugar.**
- **2 tablespoons of yeast.**
- **2 teaspoons of salt.**
- **3 eggs.**

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es calentar un poco la leche. Pero no demasiado y vamos a agregar las dos cucharadas de levadura.

**The first thing we are going to do is heat the milk a little. But not too much and we are going to add the two tablespoons of yeast.**

A esta misma mezcla le vamos a incorporar dos cucharadas de azúcar y dos cucharadas de harina de trigo.

**We are going to add two tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of wheat flour to this same mixture.**

Vamos a mezclar esto muy bien y vamos a dejar reposar por 15 minutos.

**We are going to mix this very well and we are going to let it rest for 15 minutes.**

Al pasar los 15 minutos. La mezcla debe lucir así esto es un pre- fermento para hacer nuestros panes.

**At the end of 15 minutes. The mixture should look like this - this is a preferable for making our breads.**

Ahora vamos a colocar la harina de trigo y agregar la sal.

Luego de agregar la sal vamos a agregar el resto de la azúcar y mezclamos bien.

Luego de agregar esto vamos a agregar el pre- fermento.

A esta harina agregamos los tres huevos.

**To this flour we add the three eggs.**

Y por último agregamos la mantequilla. Y vamos a comenzar a unir todo muy bien y amasar hasta lograr tener una masa homogénea.

**And finally we add the butter. And we are going to start to unite everything very well and knead until we have a homogeneous dough.**

Así debe quedar nuestra masa y la vamos a colocar a reposar por lo menos 45 minutos.

**This is how our dough should look and we are going to place it to rest for at least 45 minutes.**

Mientras nuestra masa reposa vamos a ir cortando el queso para luego ir formando los panes.

**While our dough rests, we are going to cut the cheese and then form the loaves.**

Luego de que nuestra masa reposo por 45 minutos luce así. La vamos a amasar para desgasificar.

**After our dough rest for 45 minutes it looks like this. We are going to knead it to degas.**

Y vamos a estirar la masa para poder ir armando los panes.

**And we are going to stretch the dough to be able to assemble the loaves.**

Aquí vamos colocando el queso.

Aquí ya tenemos los panes formados. Los vamos a dejar reposar por 10 minutos y llevamos al horno.
