I don't think I can ever stop saying this. I don't think i can ever stop talking about it or even sharing it. Knowledge is power, yes. But how much is your knowledge?

Today, in this really short post, I want to talk about Projecting Your Projections. 

If only humans could understand the power behind their mind, or even phantom how much they can control their environments, then they'll be able to grasp real from unreal; faith from fear. 

I know that five years later from now, I will be referring back to this post and that'll be because I have everything I can ever want. I would become who I have seen many times in my dreams. 

In many of my post, I have talked about the power of the mind, i have also tried to point out the efficiency with which it works. But for some reason, last night, in a short meeting, my mind opened up to many possibilities. It was chaos and beauty chained together. There was darkness, light, fear and also faith. Then there was me. 

Have you ever been walking home and it just hits you, *this is me, I'm nobody else. It's me*? Ever happened to you? Where it's like a bucket of cold water pours on you and you can really see? Do you know what I call that? The Emergency effect. 

It's not like we are living in a fantasy world or something, but there are times we humans hide behind walls put up by our minds. We fall into the trap of the blame game. We blame our country, our background, our circumstances, etc. We just go through life, doing the same routines. Everything just so mundane. We feel that call, that persuasion deep down to pursue something else but fear holds us back. 

The emergency effect is like a wake up call. Some face this at a near death experience, others, like me, just face it. It happened yesterday. 

I was at my backyard, trying to refresh myself after a really long day of meetings and my eyes seemed to zoom in better on my surroundings. Just like that, it came, like the snap of a finger, *This is you Deraa. This is you! No one like you. It's just you.*

At that point, this post just popped up in my head. I got to realize that the reason many haven't gotten up to chase their dreams is the lack of the emergency effect. Yeah, sure, they may have this realization from time to time that they are the way they are because of this or that, but that's not what I'm talking about. 

I'm talking the *Great Slap of the Big Five*. Where your whole senses are awake and attuned to all that's around you; spiritually and mentally. When this happens, you encounter great fear. Paralyzing fear infact. Questions like, what if I remain like this forever? What if I never get out? What if I loose my marriage? What if.. what if... What what? 

This point is where I embrace that fear and chase more. Leaving the comfort zone is never easy but winning is a must. I'd really like not to live a life full of regrets. I'd like that if I *truly* fail at something, it is because it's not for me and not because I did not try hard enough or that I gave up half-way. I'd really like that when my life is played on a tape, I'd be happy with the energy and effort I've put in. I'd really like that if there's a possiblity of seeing the future me on DVD, she'd be proud and welcome me with open arms. That I won't watch it and scream, *Why did I do that? What if I had not? What if I had done this?*

So what now? I Project my projection. I stay undefeated. Using my mind!
