Hola amigos de Hive, espero que estén teniendo un excelente comienzo de semana, hace unos días que he tenido ganas de preparar pescado así que se me ocurrió cocinar un pescado dorado, crujiente y delicioso pero en la freidora de aire, obviando por completo el lado saludable que supone cocinar con este electrodoméstico y utilizando su tecnología con el fin de obtener el mejor resultado posible, espero que esta receta les guste, comencemos.

Para comenzar necesitaremos cualquier tipo de pescado cortado en ruedas, lo que haremos es sazonar al gusto y darles un pequeño masaje, luego tomamos dos cucharadas de aceite y cubrimos por completo todas las piezas de pescado, la idea es que el aceite es freír el pescado con esa pequeña cantidad de aceite que le estamos agregando.

Introducimos las piezas de pescado en la bandeja de la freidora y cocinamos por 30 minutos, retirando la bandeja cada 10 minutos y rotando de posición las piezas de pescado, esto con el fin de obtener una cocción más uniforme, una vez hecho esto podemos retirar de la bandeja, servir y disfrutar.

>We put the fish pieces in the fryer tray and cook for 30 minutes, removing the tray every 10 minutes and rotating the position of the fish pieces, this in order to obtain a more uniform cooking, once this is done we can remove from tray, serve and enjoy.
