Hola amigos de hive espero que se encuentren bien, el día de hoy les traigo una de mis recetas favoritas, pechuga de pollo empanizada frita, receta deliciosa ideal para un almuerzo o simplemente para matar un antojo, espero que esta receta les guste, sin más nada que añadir comencemos.

**Los ingredientes principales para esta preparación  son:**

-	200gr de pechuga de pollo.
-	Harina de trigo.
-	Especias mixtas.

Comenzamos esta preparación cortando la pechuga en trozos delgados, de esta manera nos aseguramos de que la misma adquirirá una textura crujiente una vez frita, para esta receta puede usarse cualquier parte del pollo, pero me gusta usar pechuga simplemente porque es muy magra y no tiene huesos.

Es el momento de preparar el empanizado, el secreto para que el pollo frito quede delicioso tal cual como el de las cadenas de comida rápida es añadir muchas especias, mientras más especias mejor, en mi caso comenzaré añadiendo 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo, media cucharada de ajo en polvo, media cucharada de pimienta negra molida, una pizca de glutamato monosodico, media cucharada de caldo de pollo y finalizaré añadiendo un mix de especias para carne, este último tiene una cantidad considerable de sal así que evitaré añadir sal a la preparación.

Ahora solo es cuestión de ir pasando los trozos de pechuga por el empanizado, dejar que el empanizado que se adhirió al trozo de pechuga se humedezca y volverlo a pasar por empanizado hasta lograr obtener una capa gruesa y seca, repetir esto con todos los trozos de pechuga antes de freír.

Colocamos un sartén con abundante aceite a temperatura media, esperamos unos minutos a que el aceite se caliente y añadimos una por una las piezas de pollo, ahora solo es cuestión de ir volteándolas de vez en cuando hasta que las mismas adquieran un color dorado intenso, luego de esto retiramos del fuego y colocamos en papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de aceite.
