Hola amigos de hive espero que se encuentren bien, el día de hoy les traigo una deliciosa pizza hecha en el sartén con harina de maíz sin gluten, en los últimos años la comida sin gluten ha tomado más fuerza a nivel mundial puesto que cada vez más personas que únicamente se alimentan con alimentos libres de gluten, espero que esta receta sirva para ampliar la gama de este tipos de comidas.

- Cebollas.
- Chuleta de cerdo ahumada.
- Salsa de tomates

Comenzaré esta preparación haciendo énfasis en mis semejantes Venezolanos puesto que estamos muy acostumbrados a consumir harina de maíz en forma de arepas, la harina pan o cualquier variante de esta misma no sirve para esta preparación, empezando por el hecho de que contienen gluten cabe resaltar que lo mejor es conseguir una harina de maíz sin gluten para hacer tortillas, es la ideal, es más refinada y mucho más suave al tacto,  se pueden conseguir en cualquier abastecimiento pero ubicando específicamente la harina de maíz para hacer tortillas, habiendo aclarado este punto podemos continuar mezclando los 3 ingredientes para hacer la masa en un bowl, la harina, el agua y a sal, con una cuchara mezclamos hasta conseguir una masa homogénea, una vez obtenido esto de debemos esperar un mínimo de 3 minutos esto con el fin de dejar que la harina se hidrate, así que no hay que preocuparse si notamos que la masa queda un poco aguada, pasado un tiempo tomará espesor.

Una vez la masa haya alcanzado una consistencia moldeable y para nada pegajosa es momento de moldear la pizza, tamaños una bolsa y la abrimos por la mitad, una vez hecho esto hacemos  una porción de masa y formamos una bola, seguidamente colocamos la porción de masa entre la bolsa, la tapamos y con ayuda de una superficie plana aplastamos hasta conseguir una forma redondeada del tamaño del sartén donde haremos la pizza.

Colocamos un sartén a fuego medio y agregamos  la porción de masa aplastada, la mejor forma es tomarla con las manos y dejarla caer, debemos esperar que se cocine por el lado inferior, una vez esté tostado y duro la volteamos y continuamos con la preparación.

En el lado ya cocinado comenzamos a preparar la pizza, colocamos una buena porción de salsa para pizzas, esta salsa la preparé un día anterior a empezar a cocinar esta receta, si quieres aprender a preparar una rica salsa para pizzas, por favor házmelo saber en los comentarios y con gusto mostraré el procedimiento.

Continuamos añadiendo el resto de los topings, en mi caso solamente añadiré unas rodajas de tomates, cebolla picada y unos trocitos de chuleta de cerdo ahumada previamente salteadas en el sartén, cualquier otro ingrediente es cuestión de gustos, podemos añadir o quitar cualquier ingrediente que se nos plazca, seguidamente cubrimos todo con una buena capa de cualquier tipo de queso que se gratine, en mi caso  utilicé queso fresco pero cualquier queso madurado que se gratine como el parmesano o mozarella es bienvenido.

Ya para finalizar colocamos una tapa al sartén y bajamos el fuego a temperatura mínima, esto con el fin de dejar gratinar el queso sobre todos los ingredientes a la vez que todo se cocine, ya pasados unos minutos podemos servir y disfrutar, una sencilla pero deliciosa pizza de harina de maíz sin gluten ideal para cuando queremos comer algo muy diferente a la vez que delicioso, les sorprenderá lo suave y jugosa es esta preparación, no me queda otra opción ante todo lo mencionado anteriormente que invitarlos a probar esta receta, les aseguro que no se arrepentirán, gracias por pasar, nos vemos en el siguiente post, hasta la próxima.

Hola, bueno las salsas para pizzas contienen mucha azúcar,básicamente es una salsa un poco agridulce, supongo que si  quitamos la salsa de la preparación podría ser para diabéticos, saludos.
