Today I share with you a post inspired by my personal experience. With the situation we live in Venezuela today, the level of survival or the need to survive has increased, the sources of employment have decreased considerably and there is competitiveness in the labor market.

> Hoy les comparto un post inspirado en mi experiencia personal. Con la situación que vivimos en Venezuela actualmente se ha aumentado el nivel de sobrevivencia o necesidad de sobrevivir, las fuentes de empleo han disminuido considerablemente y hay competitividad en el mercado laboral.

But I also complement this reflection with my life during university and with my experience selling typical Venezuelan food. In all this trajectory of life, when I give my maximum effort, when I give even what I think I do not have in the actions I do, I have positive results.

> Pero también esta reflexión la complemento con mi vida durante la universidad y con mi experiencia vendiendo comida típica venezolana. En toda esa trayectoria de vida cuando doy mi máximo esfuerzo, cuando doy hasta lo que creo que no tengo en las acciones que hago, tengo resultados positivos.

There are situations that place us in an emergency and we run, we act fast, we get desperate, etc. A friend told me "Desi, we must always live in an emergency" I did not understand his words, and then I understood that sometimes we get comfortable even in discomfort and we stop feeling that we must continue giving the best of us. 

> Hay situaciones que nos colocan en emergencia y corremos, actuamos rápido, nos desesperamos, etc. Un amigo me decía “Desi hay que vivir siempre en emergencia” yo no entendía sus palabras y luego comprendí que a veces nos acomodamos hasta en la incomodidad y dejamos de sentir que debemos continuar dando lo mejor de nosotros. 


During my internship I was working in a bitter cassava processing plant, here in this job I learned the value of giving the best in the activities we do, I changed my whole routine, I changed the city, and started a stage that demanded the maximum from me; I arrived very tired in the evenings and had to wake up at dawn to return to the cassava processing plant, but I was happy with the result.

> Durante mi trabajo de pasantía estuve trabajando en una planta procesadora de yuca amarga, aquí en este trabajo aprendí el valor de dar lo mejor en las actividades que hacemos, cambié toda mi rutina, me cambié de ciudad y empecé una etapa que exigió de mi al máximo; llegaba muy cansada por las tardes y tenía que despertar de madrugada para volver a la planta procesadora de yuca, pero fui feliz con el resultado.

In Hive I am starting a stage where I want to give more of myself, so I do more posts and try to be responsible with my blog, I lead a busy life and with intermittent internet, but when I think of the result I am motivated to continue. 

> En Hive estoy empezando una etapa donde quiero dar más de mí, por eso hago más post y busco ser responsable con mi blog, llevo una vida ajetreada y con internet intermitente, pero cuando pienso en el resultado me motivo a continuar.
