Hola feliz comienzo de semana.

Hoy les comparto unas fotos que tomé durante la tarde mientras caminaba, el atardecer estaba muy bonito y el sol tenía un color naranja intenso que llamaba mucho a la tensión. Esta es la segunda vez que salgo a caminar desde que me fracturé el tobillo, estas caminatas son con el propósito de lograr una buena marcha sin cojear el pie lesionado lo cual ha sido un reto en estas semanas.  

Una de las cosas con las que he tenido que aprender a lidiar es con el dolor, siempre siento molestias en la zona afectada al caminar. También he tenido que dejar el dolor para que la gente me mire, esta semana pienso publicar un video hablando de la experiencia de recuperarme de una fractura de tobillo.

Hello happy beginning of the week.


Today I share with you some pictures that I took during the afternoon while I was walking, the sunset was very beautiful and the sun had an intense orange color that called a lot of tension. This is the second time that I go for a walk since I fractured my ankle, these walks are with the purpose of achieving a good walk without lameness of the injured foot which has been a challenge in these weeks.  


One of the things I have had to learn to deal with is pain, I always feel discomfort in the affected area when walking. I've also had to leave the pain for people to look at me, this week I plan to publish a video talking about the experience of recovering from an ankle fracture.
