Llevaba semanas sin hacer ninguna actividad física y me he sentido bastante sedentaria. Esto no es nada bueno, sobre todo porque había sido muy activa, y el cambio a un estilo de vida más sedentario me ha afectado mucho.

Hoy he decidido dar el primer paso para volver a estar activa. He salido a correr con mi hermana y mi cuñado. El día era perfecto: nublado, sin demasiado sol, ideal para hacer ejercicio.

Empezamos con un calentamiento, luego trotamos y caminamos un rato. Pasamos cerca de una hora entre toda la rutina. Sin embargo, para ser sincero, me cansé mucho más rápido de lo que esperaba. Mi nivel de resistencia había bajado considerablemente, lo que me preocupaba.

¡Pero esto me motivó aún más! Ya tomé la decisión de reactivar mi rutina de ejercicios esta semana y retomar un estilo de vida saludable. 💪✨

I hadn't done any physical activity for weeks and have been feeling quite sedentary. This is not a good thing, especially since I had been very active, and the change to a more sedentary lifestyle has affected me a lot.

Today I decided to take the first step to get active again. I went jogging with my sister and brother-in-law. The day was perfect: cloudy, not too much sun, ideal for exercise.

We started with a warm-up, then jogged and walked for a while. We spent about an hour between the whole routine. However, to be honest, I got tired much faster than I expected. My endurance level had dropped considerably, which worried me.

But this motivated me even more! I already made the decision to reactivate my exercise routine this week and resume a healthy lifestyle. 💪✨
