Hola mis amores, hoy espero se encuentren bien... Salí al supermercado y compré algunas cosas para preparar una super pasta para mi y mi querido @randolpheel1 y quiero mostrarles cómo pueden prepararla en casa.

Está "Pasta loca" la hacía mi tío cuando yo era niña, es uno de mis mejores recuerdos de la infancia, sentarme a comer pasta loca 🍝 una delicia que aquí en Hive amarán los que disfrutan de los quesos...

Lo primero es pelar, rebanar y picar la cebolla en cubitos medios.

La pasta se cocina en agua hirviendo con un poquito de sal mientras cortamos los ingredientes.

Los chorizos ahumados o tocineta también se rebanan.

Mientras colamos la pasta que quede a punto aldente, precalentamos un sartén antiadherente con un poquito de aceite,

A ese sartén ponemos mantequilla y nuestros ingredientes ya rebanados y cortados.

De verdad que se ve muy delicioso esta pasta, el queso fundido es la estrella del plato, cuando estaba pequeña me gustaba la pasta con queso cheddar solamente pero con los ingredientes extras que le agregaste a la receta es súper genial. Excelente.
