Been out of commission for the past few days now, literally been sick all these while.

I guess it all started 6 days ago or thereabout and i must admit I contributed to it by not seeking immediate treatment.

What followed was days of vomiting, twisting and turning in bed, lots of sweat and a surprising drop in weight.

I feel 10 pounds lighter, although I have no way to measure it, I do know that after leaving the hospital I feel lighter, more stronger.

It would seem a combo of malaria and typhoid had hit me, so serious medication had to be adminstered .

Of cause this won't have happened if I didn't embark on a journey to other arts of the country last week to solve some issues regarding work.
