Question all of it!

Always question whatever viewpoints and accepted wisdom come your way when you're looking into a new investment.

This is a philosophy that I always ensure to carry close to the vest whenever I'm considering investments, looking over my current holdings, etc.

For instance, I was re-evaluating a few positions I had today and realized that there was a great way to offload these positions at what would at first appear to be a significant loss, but upon further inspection and a reversal in thinking, turns out to be a MASSIVE gain.

Signs of this type of fortune that comes from completely doing 180 are not always as obvious as what happened to me just earlier today.

For me, it was really simple. Everyone else is evaluating their positions in X by using Y as the underlying metric.

I re-evaluated my position against a new metric: Z.

Using metric Z, I could offload the positions at a significant gain. Some of these positions may take a little time to clear through, but I'm confident that they will.

These are the types of arbitrages that I'm always on the prowl for, as I like to mention.

I'm always focused on my overarching goal... Let's call that goal 50 for simplicity.

To get to 50 takes massive ingenuity on my part and constant arbitraging in different markets like what I've described here today!

Today will get me a few points closer to my overall goal of 50, and that makes me incredibly happy!
