**<H3>Viviendo con alegría</H3>**

Como todos sabemos la vida puede ser muy retadora y de vez en cuando se nos presenta obstáculos que creemos difíciles de superar, al momentos de experimentar como esto me recuerdo que las circunstancias son las que están caóticas, pero yo no, pues soy un ser que vino a disfrutar la alegría, el gozo y la contentura de estar viva.

No vine para controlar nada excepto a mí misma, así que todo está bien como esta y si no ya tendrá su hora de que lo esté, por eso ya no me preocupo porque sé que nada absolutamente nada es permanente y eterno, mantener este enfoque me ayuda a vivir simple y sin tanta complicaciones, agradeciendo lo que hay y lo que es, sin ninguna pretención lo que me permite tener una existencia llena de alegría.

<H3>Experimentando la alegría</H3>

Hay cosas y sensaciones que no se pueden explicar con palabras y una de ellas es la experiencia de la alegría, ya que su vivencia es tan particular que definirla es imposible, sin embargo, trataré de describirla a través de imágenes que me vienen a la mente y el solo hecho de evocarlas me hacen sentir regocijo, gozo y satisfacción en mi corazón.

El júbilo por la existencia lo noto cuando al despertar escucho el canto de las aves cerca de mi ventana, las cuales me anuncian que será un gran día, y luego siento el palpitar de mi corazón que me recuerda que allí dentro hay mucho amor para dar.

Apenas abro la puerta del cuarto veo un ser extraordinario que viene a saludarme con gran entusiasmo y me lame por donde puede, después se tira al suelo esperando que le acaricie su pancita como no sentirme alegre si a diario apenas me despierto me encuentro con toda esta maravilla.

<H3>Lo que me hace sentir Alegría</H3>

Anteriormente, creía que necesitaba de estímulos externos que me provocaran alegría, pero con el tiempo he comprobado que no requiero de mucho para estar contenta, solo con hacer con entusiasmo las cosas que me gustan con eso basta.

Una caminata por la ciudad sintiendo la frescura del viento en mi cara, un encuentro con amigas, contemplar la naturaleza, los momentos con la familia, las voces y risa de los niños, escuchar una canción con letras motivadoras, jugar con mi perra Camil son instantes que me hacen sentir deleite por la vida y estar agradecida por encontrarme en esta tierra tan extraordinaria.

Los avances y progresos que pueda tener cualquier conocido mío me produce satisfacción porque la alegría como cualquier otra emoción es contagiosa y si los otros están contento, pues yo también lo estaré, así de sencillo.

Igualmente, me llena de entusiasmo escribir en Hive donde he podido conocer a través sus escritos y comentarios a muchas personas cuyo estado vibratorio presumo que es elevado por que me hacen sentir lo buena onda que son, algo que me satisface enormemente.

De esta manera, concluyo con mis reflexiones sobre el tema la alegría de vivir, me despido de todos ustedes esperando que hallado ha sido de su agrado.</p></div>

As we all know life can be very challenging and from time to time we are presented with obstacles that we believe are difficult to overcome, at times When I experience something like this I remember that the circumstances are chaotic, but not me, because I am a being who came to enjoy the joy, the joy, and contentment of being alive.

I did not come to control anything except myself, so everything is fine as it is and if it is not, it will have its time to be, so I no longer worry because I know that absolutely nothing is permanent and eternal, keeping this approach helps me to live simply and without so many complications, being grateful for what is and what is, without any pretensions, which allows me to have an existence full of joy.

**<H3>What makes me feel Joy**</H3>


Previously, I thought I needed external stimuli to make me happy, but over time I have found that I don't need much to be happy, just doing with enthusiasm the things I like is enough.

A walk through the city feeling the freshness of the wind on my face, a meeting with friends, contemplating nature, moments with the family, the voices and laughter of children, listening to a song with motivational lyrics, and playing with my dog Camil are moments that make me feel delight for life and be grateful for being in this extraordinary land.
