<div class="text-justify"><p> Hola, comunidad no les parece que todo está cambiando con rapidez, lo que puede estar generando sentimientos de angustia y tristeza por lo que se está dejando atrás, pero que pasa si modificamos esta mirada y lo vemos con optimismo, creo que será mejor, pues desde el ángulo de un optimista lo observaría a los eventos que transcurren siempre a su favor. En la iniciativa **Esta vida nuestra** @charjaim nos invita a que hablemos sobre esa tendencia humana que permite que percibamos lo bueno más allá del aparente caos.

He de confesar que antes no era cien por ciento optimista, aunque mi voz interior me dijese lo contrario, tendía a dudar de lo que escuchaba, esto hacía que no apreciará las cosas buenas que me estaban sucediendo, que por cierto fueron más que las supuestas malas, en ese tiempo tenía muy arraigada ciertas creencias y hábitos con alto grado de nocividad para mí.

Afortunadamente, esto lo fui cambiando con el tiempo, puesto que andar arrastrando la cobija y quejándome de todo no me servía de nada, solamente lograban que estuviera triste en todo momento, buscando solo excusa para no renovar esas creencias y hábitos que hacían mantenerme en un foso existencial. Ahora soy más consciente de lo cambiante que es el mundo, nada es estático y todo está en perenne modificación, esta semana las criptomonedas están abajo, pero luego vuelven a subir, no hay nada que temer, solo es parte del proceso, solo hay que mantenerse con una visión clara y saber vivir el momento.

Recuerdo que hace unos doce años estuve experimentando momentos muy duros en varias áreas de mi vida, sin embargo, mi voz interior me decía constantemente, todo va a estar bien, pero como todo va a estar bien, si mi vida se está despedazando solía decirme, más esa voz misteriosa tenía razón las cosas poco a poco se fueron acomodando todo fue mejorando, solo era un pasaje por el cual debía pasar para aprender y obtener nuevos conocimientos para estar en nuevo nivel como en los juegos 😂.

Luego los venezolanos comenzamos a transitar por ciertos eventos convulsos, nuevamente mi voz interior volvió para expresarse, más esta vez la pude exteriorizar y cuando mi familia estaba de brazos caídos les decía todo iba a estar bien, aunque ellos me renegaban y hasta dudaban de lo que les decía, principalmente mis adolescentes sobrinos, los invitaba a que vieran todas las bendiciones que teníamos y lo que rico que éramos a pesar de todo.

Claro, ellos lo rechazaban de primera mano, no lograban verlo de la misma manera que yo lo veía, no obstante, estaba convencida de que todo aquello iba a pasar y así ha sido, ya no estamos en la misma situación, aunque los desafíos prosiguen eso no lo podemos negar, ya que el cambio de paradigma que necesitamos puede venir de nosotros mismos y sobre todo de nuestra actitud para sobrellevar las circunstancias que vivimos.

En ese tiempo estuvo rodando en las redes una frase que usaban los españoles para levantarse el ánimo era dale vuelta a la tortilla, expresión que me gusto y que utilizaba a menudo para animarme a mi misma cuando las energías negativas eran tan densa que me afectaba, algo que evito en la actualidad, pues no me aporta nada bueno, ya que he aprendido que mi bienestar depende absolutamente de mí, por lo que en estos momentos procuro mantener mi energía bien en alto, esto lo consigo a través del optimismo, porque al fin y al cabo lo que está mal es la situación, yo no.</p></div>

I must confess that before I was not one hundred percent optimistic, although my inner voice told me the opposite, I tended to doubt what I heard, this made me not appreciate the good things that were happening to me, which by the way were more than the supposed bad ones, at that time I had very ingrained certain beliefs and habits with a high degree of harmfulness for me.

Fortunately, I changed this over time, since dragging the blanket and complaining about everything did not do me any good, they only made me sad all the time, looking for an excuse not to renew those beliefs and habits that kept me in an existential pit. Now I am more aware of how changing the world is, nothing is static and everything is in perennial modification, this week cryptocurrencies are down, but then they go up again, there is nothing to fear, it is just part of the process, you just have to keep a clear vision and know how to live at the moment.

I remember about twelve years ago I was experiencing very hard times in several areas of my life, however, my inner voice was constantly telling me, everything will be fine, but how everything will be fine, if my life is falling apart used to tell me, but that mysterious voice was right things were gradually accommodating everything was getting better, it was just a passage through which I had to go to learn and gain new knowledge to be in new level as in the games 😂.

Then we Venezuelans began to go through certain convulsive events, again my inner voice came back to express itself, but this time I was able to externalize it and when my family was down and out I told them everything was going to be fine, although they denied me and even doubted what I was telling them, mainly my teenage nephews, I invited them to see all the blessings we had and how rich we were despite everything.

Of course, they rejected it firsthand, they could not see it, in the same way, I saw it, however, I was convinced that all that was going to happen, and it has happened, we are no longer in the same situation, although the challenges continue that we cannot deny, since the paradigm shift we need can come from ourselves and especially from our attitude to cope with the circumstances we live in.

At that time, a phrase that the Spanish used to lift their spirits was going around the networks, it turned the tortilla, an expression that I liked and that I often used to cheer myself up when the negative energies were so dense that they affected me, something that I avoid at present, because it does not bring me anything good, since I have learned that my well-being depends absolutely on me, so in these moments I try to keep my energy high, I achieve this through optimism, because as After all, what is wrong is the situation, not me.</p></div>
