The internet never forgets, even with delete buttons, as there is a high chance it will be stored or at the very least cached. My adolescent posts on Usenet back in the late 90's are all still there - horrific as they were - but serve as a reminder of my progression, or lack of.

I could have handled it better, you are right. I reacted emotionally, rather than just letting it go/ignoring it and don't plan to do so in the future. If anything I learned a lesson and really have no hard feelings at this point. I'm over it. :)
