Hello, friends especially foodies!
Lately I had the Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice after churching time, alone. The stall where I bought the chicken rice was not big and it was located on one corner of Delicae, a food court in Senayan City Shopping Center. When I came there although it wasn’t dine time, there was a customer before me. This stall was popular and you would wait for some times during dine time.
As you could see their stall name was Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice which showed their specialization. The menus that they had was quite complete, all of them were Chinese Food. They had Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice ala carte and in the package, the chicken were in two choices: roasted or steam. For the package they also had the combination of both roasted and steam chicken. 
Beside Hainanese Chicken Rice, they also had some other dishes like beef mui rice with gravy, fried butter chicken with rice, fish in special thai sauce with rice, black pepper beef with rice, sweet and sour chicken with rice, lemon chicken with rice, Singapore chicken curry with rice, wonton, fu yong omelete, Singapore char kway teow, Singapore tofu, 5 spices chicken with rice, mafo tofu with rice, tomyum soup, fried mee seafood/chicken, beef/seafood/chicken kway teow, hongkong fried noodle, Szechuan noodle, yangzhao fried rice, and chicken/beef teriyaki with rice.
For other ala carte dishes they also had 5 aromas tofu, beef/chicken beans, tausi tofu fish, angsio tofu, sour sweet fish and stirred chicken/seafood kway teow.
While waiting, I looked for a chair, it was hard cause the food court was quite full. But lucky me, there were some sharing tables, so I could have my place there. Although this food court was crowded but the place was still clean and comfortable.
I ordered the Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice package with steam chicken. It consisted of a portion of hainanese rice, steamed hainanese chicken, garlic stirred pakcoy, a bowl of soup and mineral water drink.
The taste of their hainanese rice was savory and it had soft texture with authentic fragrant. While the taste of their steam chicken was light savory with the sauce that brought the sweet savory flavour. I put on their garlic chilli sauce to it to bring a bit spicy sour flavour. For their stirred pakcoy it had light savory flavour with soft texture. They also give the soup with chicken broth which tasted savory.
I like their chicken rice cause it had authentic flavour of hainanese rice and soft tasty chicken plus they had garlic chilli sauce with had tasty flavour too.
