Hello, friends especially foodies!

I was so tired due to my daily activities, and yesterday was mom's schedule to control to the hospital so i accompanied mom there. Today i don't want to go anywhere like any sundays i have. I felt unwell today, i got a cold since friday night, so instead of buying food, i would like to cook healthy food at home. Luckily yesterday, we had bought some veggies in the fruit store before we got back home. Just look what could i cook today...

# Preparation:

I had tofu and also beansprouts so why if i meet them together. What i did first was cutting the tofu with the knife. I made around 2x2 cm tofu cubes.

Then i also took some green chillies from the fridge. Here the main ingredients i used....

I had sliced cube tofu, green curly chilli and beansprouts.

# Cooking time:

First, i heated the cooking oil on the frying pan. Then, i fried the tofu but i didn't make it full fried.

Then, i put the half fried tofu on a plate. While, i stirred the sliced chilli and garlic then put the beansprouts on it, next the half fried tofu there too.

Next, seasoning time, i put salt and no calories sugar to it then i stirred it again. To stay healthy we never cook using any MSG to our cooking.

It had savory, spicy with a bit chilli spicy flavour and it was also vegan friendly with no meat used. So yummy!
