Attending Oriflame events

Working in a mall for more than ten years gave me more experience and information related to brands and events. In the digital era like now, it is indeed easier to get information about events even though you don't work in a mall like me. But still, this is an advantage for me who rarely plays social media.

Recently, an Oriflame product event was held at the mall where I work. Of course, I didn't miss attending the event. This event was held to introduce several new products from Oriflame. Visitors only need to register as members then go around the booths there and ask for a stamp from the salesperson. Each booth introduces different products, for example the first booth introduces hair care products, the second booth introduces lipstick, and so on, which are six booths. In addition to beauty products, they also introduce oat drink products. We are asked to try their drink products and then given a stamp by the salesperson. They also provide a tool to detect problems on our faces, but you have to queue for a long time to get a turn. Or you can skip it by asking for a stamp directly. In addition to looking at products and collecting stamps, you are required to take pictures at the booth that has been provided and then upload them on your Instagram story and mention the official Oriflame Instagram account. After the stamps are fulfilled, you can exchange them for free products at the cashier. For some people who come early, they get a goodie bag containing hair care products from Oriflame.  I came a bit late because I had to wait for my shift to finish, so I only got a lipstick. Still, I was happy because I got a free product, Lol.

Honestly, I'm not the type of person who likes to come to brand events. But if it's profitable, why not? Honestly, I came to this Oriflame event because I already knew about the free products. So, yes, I won't be aiming for the free products. If there were no free products, I probably wouldn't have come either. Still, I enjoyed the event and yeah... it was fun to be there.
