STICK TEMPEH, Favourite home made snacks

Hello Everyone....
I'm back with new recipe. Are you guys ready for delicious snacks recipe?

Let me first introduce the name of this food is Sticks tempeh. Why is it called sticks tempeh? Because the basic ingredient is tempeh. As I explained earlier that tempeh comes from fermented soybeans. So, it contains a lot of vitamins and protein. This method of making food is very easy and doesn't require too many ingredients. Ok, let's started.

STICKS TEMPEH

THE INGREDIENTS

1. 1 tempeh

2. 1 or 2 eggs

3. Cooking oil

4. Wheat flavour (seasoned flavour)

5. Salt and powdered broth

6. Bread crumb

7. 3 cloves of garlics

STEPS BY STEPS

Cut the tempeh into about 5 cm long. Make this neither too thick nor too thin.

Mash the garlic then mix with water and a tablespoon of salt. Use it to soak tempeh.

While the tempeh is soaking, prepare 3 bowls for the eggs, breadcrumbs, and flour that have been mixed with 1 tablespoon of powdered broth. For flour, you can also use instant seasoning flour.

After the tempeh has soaked for about 20 minutes, heat the oil for frying.

First, dip the tempeh in the seasoned flour, roll until the tempeh is covered with flour.

Fry over medium heat so it doesn't burn. Once cooked, remove and serve on a plate.
