En la siguiente publicación, les traigo los ingredientes y la preparación de unos mini tequeños (pasapalos), para compartir en casa. De verdad que es súper fácil, no tiene ciencia; aunque lo mejor del caso es que rinden y da paso a que puedas repetir las veces que sea necesario 😂

📝📝 **Señores tomen lápiz y papel porque los materiales y la preparación es la siguiente:** ✍️✍️

📌📌 **Ingredientes:** 📌📌

-2 kilos y medio de harina de trigo
-1 kilo de queso
-100 gramos de azúcar
-15 gramos de sal
-15 gotas de colorante artificial
-120ml de aceite o 100 gramos de mantequilla
-20 gramos de levadura en polvo
-1 litro de agua mineral

Con esa cantidad de materiales sacamos un aproximado de 120 y 130 mini tequeños (pasapalos), bien equipados para compartir en un desayuno, merienda, festejo de cumpleaños, bodas, 15 años o alguna reunión familiar, como queramos.

**Procedimiento:**

**1.-** Debemos de utilizar un envase y vaciar los 2 kilos de harina de trigo, el otro medio kilo es para polvearlos para que la masa mantenga la textura necesaria. Debemos de agregarle los 15 gramos de sal y los 120ml de aceite o 100 gramos de mantequilla. Luego, revolver para ir creando la mezcla.

**2.-** Debemos de colocar en un recipiente el litro de agua mineral, las 20 gotas de colorante artificial y los 20 gramos de levadura, a diferencia de los pasteles, que no la llevan. Después de revolver, vamos mezclando y echando poco a poco el líquido al envase donde está la harina y los otros ingredientes. 

**3.-** Continuamos mezclando, y luego amasar hasta que la harina tome la textura necesaria. 

**4.-** Para mayor facilidad, podemos utilizar un rodillo u otra herramienta para agilizar la preparación.

**PD:** Si tenemos la posibilidad de usar una laminadora, sería una buena opción.

**5.-** Recuerden lavar el queso y picarlo conforme al tamaño de nuestra preferencia. Todo es cuestión de gusto.

**6.-** Luego de estirar la masa, y crear tiras bien largas, comenzamos a enrollar la masa con el queso, y así darles formas.

**7.-** Luego de enrollarlos, y sacar como producto final los tequeños, los vamos acomodando o en colocando una bandeja. Para luego ponerlos a freír.

In the following post, I bring you the ingredients and preparation of some mini tequeños (pasapalos), to share at home. It really is super easy, it has no science; although the best thing about it is that they yield and gives way to repeat as many times as necessary 😂

📝📝 **Gentlemen take pencil and paper because the materials and preparation is as follows:** ✍️✍️

📌📌 **Ingredients:** 📌📌.

-2 and a half kilos of wheat flour.
-1 kilo of cheese
-100 grams of sugar
-15 grams of salt
-15 drops of artificial coloring
-120 ml of oil or 100 grams of butter
-20 grams of baking powder
-1 liter of mineral water

**We must place in a container the liter of mineral water, the 20 drops of artificial coloring and the 20 grams of yeast, unlike the cakes, which do not have it. After stirring, we mix and pour little by little the liquid into the container where the flour and the other ingredients are. 

**We continue mixing, and then knead until the flour takes the necessary texture. 

**4.-** For greater ease, we can use a rolling pin or other tool to speed up the preparation.

**PS:** If we have the possibility of using a sheeter, it would be a good option.

**6.-** After stretching the dough, and creating long strips, we begin to roll the dough with the cheese, and thus give them shapes.

**7.-** After rolling them, and take as a final product the tequeños, we are arranging them or placing them in a tray. To then put them to fry.
