Hey everyone, I’m @diduoflagos and this my entry for afritunes week 107 and I’m really glad to be here again.

I’ve got something interesting to share with you all today it’s me singing a cover of one of my favorite African songs, Simi’s “Love Don’t Care.” This song is not just a tune; it’s a whole vibe, and I couldn’t wait to share my rendition with you.

Simi’s music has always resonated deeply with me, and Love Don’t Care is no exception. It’s a beautiful melody with lyrics that speak volumes about love, acceptance, and breaking down barriers. Plus, that African rhythm just gets me every time!

Recording this cover was an absolute joy. I wanted to capture the same warmth and soulfulness of Simi’s original while adding my own little twist to it. With each note, I poured my heart into the song, letting the music carry me away.
