En el entrenamiento de hoy que es más enfocado en el front lever busqué tener más intensidad de volumen con las pull ups y el touch al principio de la rutina desde un tuck para subir el número de repeticiones y aguante, ya que estoy buscando una mayor adaptación muscular a los músculos implicados en todo lo que se abarca en el front lever, y más aún en los músculos más pequeños como el deltoides posterior. También después de esto continúe trabajando con las progresiones de front lever one arm, que ya finalmente he encontrado el punto clave para mantener la postura, y ahora me toca trabajar es en lograr hacer la postura completa agarrando la fuerza poco a poco, donde me ha parecido muy curioso que dónde aguanto más la forma y he sentido más fuerza es en el brazo izquierdo, pues con el derecho aún me cuesta y duro un poco menos, la verdad muy curioso pero ando fortaleciendo cualquier debilidad que se presente conforme más avanzo. <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-108943" >SWC</a> </div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">Greetings, dear friends of this wonderful community that is SWC.
