<p>Using Wordpress as a Hive front end seems like the obvious key to true web3 and beyond power and decentralization. </p>
<p>Wordpress already has a widely used, vast and trusted marketplace. Why not build into that?</p>
<p>We now have the tools that enable anyone, anywhere to spin up a Hive front end using WordPress and OWN their content and #web3 presence. This process can be very easy or as custom and complex as you need. </p>
<p>The DiggnDeeper Project would like to self fund and attempt to raise further funds for development of a plugin that can be used to syndicate content across any major blockchain platform such as #Hive or #LBRY or whatever other blockchain platform might show up and become relevant. </p>
<p>I have been using the #Exxp plugin for a very long time. I really like the plugin, but I found myself wanting more features and I think it would be interesting to explore adding additional blockchains to syndicate to, specifically LBRY. </p>
<p>I have been on the Exxp Discord and asked a few times about these additional feature requests. @howo has responded to say that some of the features were discussed/ developed for a Pro version in the past, but I guess that didn't come to fruition and now they seem to have stepped away from the project. There have been no responses in more recent attempts to discuss this further.</p>

<p>So, now I am looking for a developer that would be interested in helping me get this started. </p>
<p>I'll start off with my current wish list. I can already see how it may need to be split up, but we'll let the devs figure that out. </p>
<h2 id="functionality-needed"><strong>Functionality needed:</strong></h2>
<ul><li>Set beneficiaries for Hive. (<strong>This is the most important feature</strong>) </li><li>Allow publishing of pages, not just posts. <strong>(Also a priority)</strong></li><li>Needs to work with blocks and such. </li><li>2-way integration - similar to the <a rel="noreferrer noopener" class="keychainify-checked" href="https://exxp.io/" target="_blank">Exxp</a> plugin. </li><li>Would it be possible to use <a rel="noreferrer noopener" class="keychainify-checked" href="https://hive-keychain.com/" target="_blank">Hive Keychain</a> for Hive users to log into WordPress for integration? Could this then be used to make a WordPress site basically a Hive front-end? That would be amazing...</li><li>Graphics, marketing material. </li></ul>

<p>I have been looking for a dev on Hive, but now I will look outward, on platforms like Fivrr. I have had good success finding help on my projects on there the past.  </p>

<h2 id="open-source-license">Open Source License</h2>
<p>We will need to pick a good license. It has been a while since I have looked into this so I need a crash course, but I would probably lean toward an MIT license or something very liberal so that a business can take it and re-license it if they wanted. </p>
<p>Not sure. Like I said, I need a tune up on my understanding of this subject. </p>

<p>I will fund initial work myself. </p>
<h3>Hive Proposal System</h3>
<p>This plugin project can be self funded by me, but I would like to step out of my comfort zone and try the proposal system. If this project could be successful all on Hive, then that could be a really good example of how #opensource should call this their home. </p>
<p>I like to document everything, so I think I could do a good job of making my lessons work for others to advance on. </p>
