How To Overcome Fear
1. Don't let fear paralyze you. Fear is natural and always present; however, it doesn't have to control us. We need to learn how to overcome our fears and move forward. If we don't do anything about them, they'll just keep coming back.
 2. Be confident. You're not alone. There are many people who have gone before you and done what you want to do. Just remember that they were brave enough to take the first step.
 3. Take action. Don't procrastinate. Get out there and do something! Take risks, but only if you know you can handle them. Do things that scare you.
 4. Learn to trust yourself. Trusting yourself means trusting your intuition. 
 5. Accept responsibility. We all make mistakes . Make sure you own up to your actions, no matter how small they may seem.
 6. Set goals. Goals give you direction and purpose. Without goals, we become aimless and lose sight of where we're going.
 7. Believe in yourself.  You just have to believe in yourself and put in the work.
 8. Surround yourself with positive influences. People who surround themselves with negative influences often end up becoming negative themselves. Choose friends and family members who encourage you and help you succeed.
 9. Stay focused. Focus on what you want and don't worry about everything else. Worrying won't get you anywhere. 
 10. Have fun. Life should be enjoyed. Laugh, smile, and enjoy the journey.
