CLOUD GAMING... ON MOBILE? | REVIEW [ENG/ESP]
***Good Day, Hive friends, DigitalDicast greets you in a new post for Hive!***

*Previously, I talked about cloud gaming services, giving the example of two companies: Nvidia and Google. How one revolutionized the gaming industry and how the other company, trying to find a space in this niche, wanted to do the same (something that didn't work).*

*Within all this, there are services that are in the background, ones that, specifically, are on mobile devices. These services try to acquire another type of audience and, like Nvidia, they do it Free to Play.*

*But... Does it work? In this post, which is the third part of this series. I will explain what cloud gaming apps are, how they work and if they are worth it. So, without further ado, let's get started with the post!*

Cloud gaming apps are a wide variety of applications *(mostly from Asia)* that give you the ability to play AAA games on your mobile. Just choose the game and start playing, there are tons of games in these apps, including GTA5, Hollow Knight, Stardew Valley, FIFA and more.

The buttons, as they are tactile, are a bit awkward to use, fortunately this can be easily solved with a bluetooth controller, although if you are into playing mobile games then you will have no problem playing; the quality of the game is quite good and you have to have a good wifi connection to be able to play these games, because without a good connection then you will be terrible.

Now let's talk about one of the best known apps to play in the cloud, Nvidia Geforce Now. **Is it much better?**


Let's start with the fact that it has the same catalog as the PC program or the website, since it is only an adaptation of the original service, but for mobile, something that could be an advantage or disadvantage is up to you.

The touch buttons of this app can vibrate and the game connection will also go faster, since the other companies are from Asia and being from another continent can go slower, something that does not happen with Nvidia Geforce Now.

Another advantage is that in Nvidia Geforce Now you can play with your Steam, Epic Games and Ubisoft account. Something that is not present in second-hand cloud gaming apps, since although you can save your progress in these apps, you cannot play with the same account on your PC or console.

Las apps de cloud gaming, son una gran variedad de aplicaciones *(mayormente desde Asia)* que te dan la posibilidad de jugar juegos AAA en tu móvil. Basta con tan solo elegir el juego y empezar a jugar, en estas apps hay muchísimos juegos, entre ellos GTA5, Hollow Knight, Stardew Valley, FIFA y más.

Pero esto no acaba aquí, y es que no tan solo traen videojuegos de PC, ¡sino que también de consolas! *(esto en otras apps parecidas, como Mogul)*

## <center> *Una Gran Idea Bien Implementada* </center>

No solo te dan todo esto, además, **¡también te dan acceso gratuito durante una hora o más tiempo!** Esto funciona con monedas o gemas, un tipo de divisa dentro de las apps que es para poder pagar tu estadía en los juegos pagando dinero ficticio, esta es una buena manera de poder recompensar a los usuarios y, a la vez, utiliza algo parecido al sistema “free to play” Solo que con una pequeña desventaja: tienes que esperar una fila para poder jugar *(dependiendo del juego)*

Los botones como son táctiles son un poco incómodos de usar, afortunadamente esto se puede resolver fácilmente con un mando bluetooth, aunque si eres de jugar juegos móviles entonces no tendrás problemas en jugar; la calidad del juego está bastante bien y tienes que tener una buena conexión wifi para poder jugar estos juegos, ya que sin una buena conexión entonces te irá fatal.

Ahora hablemos sobre una de las apps más conocidas para poder jugar en la nube, Nvidia Geforce Now. **¿Es muchísimo mejor?**


Empecemos con que tiene el mismo catálogo que el programa de PC o el sitio web, ya que tan solo es una adaptación del servicio original, pero para celulares, algo que podría ser una ventaja o desventaja, depende de ti.

Los botones táctiles de esta app pueden vibrar y además te irá más rápida la conexión del juego, puesto que las otras compañías son provenientes de Asia y al ser de otro continente puede ir más lento, algo que no pasa con Nvidia Geforce Now.

Otra ventaja es que en Nvidia Geforce Now puedes jugar con tu cuenta de Steam, Epic Games y Ubisoft. Algo que no está presente en las apps de segunda mano de cloud gaming, ya que si bien puedes guardar tu progreso en estas apps, no puedes jugar con la misma cuenta en tu pc o consola.

*Teniendo en cuenta el catálogo, si te gusta jugar juegos de consolas *(los cuales no están en pc)* te recomiendo estas apps, aunque es un poco fastidioso poder usarlas, por lo que te recomiendo específicamente la que probé hoy, la cual es chikii games, que es para jugar juegos de PC y unos cuantos de consola gratuitamente.*

Es en momentos como estos en los que odio que mi conexión a internet sea más inestable que los servers de Nintendo xd. La verdad es que el gaming en la nube es un concepto que siempre me ha gustado, pero la mayor pega siempre se va tratar de la conexión a internet, porque como tu mismo dijiste, sino tienes una buena conexión te puedes ir despidiendo de una experiencia disfrutable.

Pero del resto si que se ve prometedor el Cloud gaming en móviles, ahora no pueden decir que los que juegan en celular no son gamers lol.

PD: Rezo a diosito para que Nintendo no se entere de que en Asia tienen el BotW en la nube, porque sino fijo que les cae una demanda xd

La única pega que yo le veo a esto es la conexión. Obviamente vivimos en un país tercermundista en donde debemos de preocuparnos por eso, pero este servicio en un país de primera funciona perfectamente. Solo imaginar poder jugar esos juegos que tanto queríamos, pagando un módico precio, todo desde la comodidad de nuestro móvil, eso realmente vale la pena. Definitivamente creo que esto podría sustituir en el futuro a las pcs y consolas , no habrá que hacer tanto gasto en un PC ultra poderoso que ocupa espacio y mantenimiento, eso provee tranquilidad y de verdad que es más cómodo. Esperemos que todo evolucione para bien, que las latencias mejoren, que estos servicios sigan innovando con su catálogo y adaptando más juegos para nuestros pequeños dispositivos.

Yo si tuviera un internet bueno estaría jugando todos estos juegos sin necesidad de tener que descargarlos, personalmente adquiriría Nvidia Geforce Now para los juegos que tengo en steam y epic y las apps para jugar juegos nuevos que quisiera probar antes de comprarlos *(como stray, por ejemplo)*. Pero claro, el internet es un factor muy importante, ese es el único problema jaja ¡Gracias por Comentar!

Esto es un *peor es nada* con poquísimo sentido. Si se tiene suficiente dinero para gastar en horas de juego, es mejor que ahorrarse el suplicio y conseguirse una máquina de verdad. Esto contando buena conexión a Internet en casa, porque si se tiene dinero para fumárselo en datos móviles, sale mejor una Switch o una SteamDeck.

El cloud gaming es justificable hasta cierto punto, pero para mí, llevarlo al mobile gaming ya es estirarlo demasiado.

El cloud gaming es más que todo para gente que vive en el primer mundo y no tiene tanto tiempo para estar en casa y jugar *(o porque llegan cansados o por cualquier razón)* es bueno tener varias alternativas para jugar tus juegos favoritos cuando y donde quieras, pero eso sí, es costoso. ¡Gracias por comentar!
