Thanks. If you meant the first pic. I think its a plant stem and inside the drops is 3x clone  moseleum.

I did mean the first pic. Amazing quality.  I was considering getting a macro lens for my Canon Rebel T2i for some great details on closeups. Out of curiosity, would you recommend one of these two options.  There's such a big price difference and I can't tell what would be worth it.
