Hello everybody,

my this weeks entry to the Shadow Hunters/SMASh Contest 268 of @melinda010100 is "Shadows in the mall".

The photo was taken in the Westfield Donau Zentrum, the largest shopping center in Vienna. It shows a woman relaxing on one of the lounge suites while the light coming in through the skylights creates the interesting shadows. The shopping center is located in the 22nd district, opened in 1975, has been expanded several times since then and is connected to the largest entertainment center in the city. The so-called The Kitchen houses a cinema with 13 cinema halls as well as numerous bars and restaurants. In total, the shopping and entertainment area of ​​the Donauzentrum together with The Kitchen is over 225,000 m².

mein dieswöchiger Beitrag zum Shadow Hunters/SMASh Contest 268 von @melinda010100 ist "Schatten im Einkaufszentrum"

Das Foto wurde im Westfield Donau Zentrum, dem größten Einkaufszentrum Wiens aufgenommen. Es zeigt eine Frau, die sich auf einer der Sitzgruppen entspannt, während das durch die Dachfenster eindringende Licht die interessanten Schatten erzeugt. Das Einkaufszentrum befindet sich im 22. Bezirk, wurde 1975 eröffnet, seitdem mehrfach erweitert und ist mit dem größten Unterhaltungszentrum der Stadt verbunden. Die sogenannte The Kitchen beherbergt ein Kino mit 13 Kinosälen sowie zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants. Insgesamt beträgt die Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsfläche des Donauzentrums zusammen mit The Kitchen über 225.000 m².
