Bamboo and its various uses [Satay Skewers]

Of course you are very familiar with one of these plants that have various uses, yes Bamboo.

Bamboo is still used as a natural food container, or even other utensils that have certain benefits.

If you come to Indonesia, then you will find Satay, one of the favorite culinary delights here.

Satay is a type of food made from meat [beef, goat and chicken], this food is grilled on coals first and of course has been seasoned in a traditional Indonesian style.

Well, the skewers used to stick the meat, then grilled, are made of bamboo, they chose bamboo because apart from being more fire resistant, grilled satay also looked more natural, rather than sticking it to iron and so on.

This skewer made of bamboo is my entry for this monomad challenge, hopefully hive friends enjoy my black and white photography this time.

Tentu anda sangat familiar dengan salah satu tumbuhan yang memiliki ragam kegunaan ini, ya Bambu.

Bambu masih digunakan sebagai wadah makanan alami, atau bahkan peralatan lainnya yang memiliki manfaat tertentu.

Jika anda datang ke Indonesia, maka anda akan menemukan Sate, salah satu kuliner yang sangat favorit disini.

Sate adalah jenis makanan yang berbahan dari daging [sapi, kambing dan ayam], makanan ini terlebih dulu dibakar diatas bara dan tentu saja sudah dibumbui secara tradisional ala Indonesia.

Nah, tusuk sate yang digunakan untuk menusukkan daging, lalu dipanggang ini terbuat dari bambu,mereka memilih bambu karena selain lebih tahan api, panggangan sate juga tampak lebih alami, ketimbang ditusukkan pada besi dan lain sebagainya.

Tusuk Sate yang terbuat dari bambu ini menjadi entry saya untuk monomad challenge kali ini, semoga sahabat hive menikmati Black and white photography saya kali ini.
