Buscando a Dory básicamente es la película que continua a la historia de Buscando a Nemo, al principio cuando vi los tráileres no pensé que el título iba a ser literal, sino que era la aventura de Dory y pues… no, es literal pasa una serie de cosas que hacen que esta vez Marlín y Nemo tengan que buscar a Dory JAJAJA. Para mi la película es muy buena, muchos la criticaron que no es tan genial como la 1era pero a mi me da igual me gusta muchísimo las dos.

Finding Dory is basically the movie that continues the story of Finding Nemo, at first when I saw the trailers I didn't think that the title was going to be literal, but that it was Dory's adventure and well... no, it is literal, a series of things happen that make that this time Marlin and Nemo have to look for Dory HAHAHAHA. For me the movie is very good, many people criticized it for not being as great as the first one but I don't care, I really like both of them.

Mi historia con esta película empieza cuando yo tengo 6 años, imagínense esto es largo, cuando estoy nueva en un colegio pues apenas estoy empezando 1er grado y conozco a una compañera, la recuerdo tal cual se llama Fabiola, ella es super linda y graciosa conmigo y compartimos de manera normal, no nos volvemos las mejores amigas, pero nos caemos bien, luego de un tiempo en ese colegio Fabiola me dice “Eres igualita a Dory… de buscando a Nemo” y yo me quede confusa.

My story with this movie starts when I am 6 years old, imagine this is long, when I am new in a school because I am just starting 1st grade and I meet a classmate, I remember her name is Fabiola, she is super cute and funny with me and we share in a normal way, we do not become best friends, but we like each other, after a while in that school Fabiola tells me "You look just like Dory... from Finding Nemo" and I was confused.

Esa frase no se quedó allí, se hizo costumbre que a veces no me llamaban Shana me llamaban “Dory”, pero jamás se llegó el punto donde Shana era olvidado había un balance. Sinceramente gracias a esa frase y costumbre me interese más en la película buscando a Nemo pues yo la había visto, me entretuvo, pero hasta allí, bueno gracias a Fabiola me volví fan y obviamente Fan de Dory hasta la muerte. Siempre que podía veía la película y escuchando una y otra vez las frases intentaba aprendérmelas y entenderlas.

That phrase did not stay there, it became a habit that sometimes they did not call me Shana, they called me "Dory", but it never reached the point where Shana was forgotten, there was a balance. Sincerely thanks to that phrase and habit I became more interested in the movie looking for Nemo because I had seen it, it entertained me, but until there, well thanks to Fabiola I became a fan and obviously a fan of Dory to death. Whenever I could I watched the movie and listening over and over again the phrases I tried to learn them and understand them.

Bueno, esa costumbre llegó a otras personas fuera de mi colegio, al principio admito que era mi culpa, es decir no llegaba natural como le salió a Fabiola, sino que yo lo mencionaba … por que sí JAJAJA, “Me parezco a Dory” decía y eso hacía que varias personas dijeran que sí, otras que no y así. Pasaron los años Fabiola y algunos compañeros me seguían llamando Dory de vez en cuando, y la verdad no pasó a más nada hasta que en 2015 Pixar lanza este tráiler:

Well, that habit came to other people outside my school, at first I admit it was my fault, I mean it did not come naturally as it came out to Fabiola, but I mentioned it ... just because haha, "I look like Dory" I said and that made several people say yes, others said no and so on. Years passed Fabiola and some colleagues kept calling me Dory from time to time, and the truth is that nothing happened until 2015 when Pixar released this trailer:

Ya para estos años existía Facebook y yo tenía uno y bue… yo vi el tráiler, no gracias a que lo conseguí sino gracias a que MUCHÍSIMA GENTE ME ETIQUETÓ EN ÉL. Desde amigas que estudiaron conmigo y se fueron del país antes de terminar, hasta amigos cercanos TODOS agarrando el link de YouTube y etiquetándome diciendo “SHANA ES TÚ PELÍCULA”. Desde ese momento, primero me puse muy feliz, de verdad saber la historia de Dory me llamaba mucho la atención y quería saber, pero el hecho de que yo viera ese tráiler porque un montón de gente decía que es mi película me hizo aún más feliz.

By this time there was Facebook and I had one and well... I saw the trailer, not because I got it but because A LOT OF PEOPLE TAGGED ME ON IT. From friends who studied with me and left the country before finishing, to close friends ALL grabbing the YouTube link and tagging me saying "SHANA IS YOUR MOVIE". From that moment, first I was very happy, really knowing Dory's story was really catching my attention and I wanted to know, but the fact that I saw that trailer because a lot of people were saying it's my movie made me even happier.

Al parecer físicamente si doy un aire a Dory JAJAJA y en actitud también, no tengo falta de memoria de corto plazo o … si? … de que estaba hablando? Ok ya jajaja, pero el personaje me encantó y de verdad tengo demasiada historia y empatía con esa película. Salió por fin y yo la vi, y de verdad ME LA DISFRUTÉ CADA MOMENTO, la premisa es simple, Dory empieza a tener recuerdos vagos de su familia y como se separó de su familia y quiere darse la tarea que encontrarla.

Apparently physically if I give an air to Dory HAHAHAHA and in attitude too, I have no lack of short term memory or ... yes? ... what was I talking about? Ok ya hahaha, but I loved the character and I really have too much history and empathy with that movie. It finally came out and I watched it, and I really ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT of it, the premise is simple, Dory starts to have vague memories of her family and how she got separated from her family and wants to give herself the task of finding them.

Llega tan lejos esa misión que Dory se separa de Marlín y Nemo, haciendo que estos dos se preocupen y vayan en su búsqueda, yo pensé que todo iba a ser en el océano y NO, FUE MUCHO MEJOR PUES FUERON A UN ACUARIO. Lo siento a las personas que no vieron la película, pero spoileare todo acá JAJAJA, Dory nació en un acuario bien cuidado y vino con esa falta de memoria de corto plazo, sus padres la aman y hacen todo lo posible para ayudarla a crecer con esa condición, un día Dory pasa los límites de su pecera y se mete a una alcantarilla que la arrastra, haciendo que ella terminará en el océano.

It goes so far in that mission that Dory gets separated from Marlin and Nemo, making these two worry and go in search of her, I thought everything was going to be in the ocean and NO, IT WAS MUCH BETTER THEY WENT TO AN AQUARIUM. Sorry to people who didn't see the movie, but I will spoil everything here HAHAHAHA, Dory was born in a well kept aquarium and came with that lack of short term memory, her parents love her and do everything they can to help her grow up with that condition, one day Dory passes the limits of her fish tank and gets into a sewer that drags her, making her end up in the ocean.

Se separo para siempre de su familia, y con su condición hizo que poco a poco olvidara donde estaban o que debía buscarlos, nado hasta el fin de los tiempos hasta que POF SE ENCUENTRA CON MARLIN Y PASA TODO LO QUE PASA EN BUSCANDO A NEMO. Allí como Dory siete que tiene una familia con Marlín y Nemo no se preocupa más, pero los recuerdos vienen a ella y bue… nace esta película, Dory conoce a un pulpo gruñón que es un toque increíble a la trama y bue… Dory es Dory, entonces significa que no te puedes aburrir en toda la película.

She was separated forever from her family, and with her condition made her slowly forget where they were or that she had to look for them, she swam until the end of time until POF MEETS MARLIN AND PASSES ALL THAT HAPPENS IN SEARCH OF NEMO. There as Dory seven who has a family with Marlin and Nemo doesn't care anymore, but the memories come to her and well... this movie is born, Dory meets a grumpy octopus who is an amazing touch to the plot and well... Dory is Dory, then it means you can't get bored in the whole movie.

Yo amé la película con locura, es sencilla y tierna, es Dory. Hasta el son de hoy siguen llamándome Dory y como en Facebook me llamo “Shana Dory” hasta piensan que es mi segundo nombre jajaja cuando solo me lo puse porque me encanta y no quería poner mi apellido en mi cuenta. Ya no menciono que me parezco a Dory en conversaciones con gente que aún no me conoce y ya últimamente me han dicho una vez más “Eres igualita a Dory”.

I loved the movie madly, it's simple and tender, it's Dory. To this day they still call me Dory and since on Facebook I call myself "Shana Dory" they even think it's my middle name hahaha when I only gave it to myself because I love it and I didn't want to put my last name on my account. I no longer mention that I look like Dory in conversations with people who don't know me yet and lately I've been told once again "You look just like Dory".
