Yelp, I started cooking!

Yesterday I made my second cooking attempt, and it went better than expected, as you can see! My first attempt was Spaghetti with Minced Meat, which was almost a disaster! However, on my second try I was 99% successful!

Boiled the ***Brocolli*** for 7 minutes. I removed the Brocolli, but kept the water inside the pot, and threw the ***rice*** in (for extra taste!) After 10 minutes, I removed the rice. In a frying pan, I sautéed a ***Carrot*** with some ***Olive Oil*** and added some ***salt and pepper***.

A couple of minutes later I added the Brocollin to the Carrot, mixed the thing with a wooden spoon, and threw the rice, along with ***Oregano***, some ***Powdered Garlic***, for about a minute or so.

Serve this with some Soy Sauce and you are good to go! It's almost Asian food, if you add this guy:

And eat it while hot! You can also add some Tabasco or Mpoukobo (made of chili peppers, ***not necessarily Red Hot*** :P) to make it spicy.</center>

Μωρε κι εγώ έτσι είπα να κάνω, μέχρι που είπε "Λίγο ελαιόλαδο, λίγο πιπέρι, λίγο αλάτι, μισό μεσαίο μπρόκολο"... Ρε αδερφέ, αν ήξερα πόσο είναι το μεσαίο μπρόκολο, θα ήξερα και να το μαγειρέψω :P

Try and try more, you will make very delicious dishes. I want to say that cooking is not a rocket science. 

Everyone can learn cooking easily. Some dishes are easy to make, some are little difficult and tricky to make. But slowly you will learn many dishes.

Share your cooked food with your family, friends and others. You will improve your cooking with their feedback.

Για το καθάρισμα η τακτική είναι μην αφήνεις να συσσωρεύονται.. Μαγειρεύεις > συγυρίζεις τον πάγκο σου.Τρως >  πλένεις πιάτα. Κάνεις μπάνιο >  σφουγγαρίζεις(εκτός και αν έχεις κουρτίνα). 1 φορά την εβδομάδα ξεσκόνισμα-σκούπισμα(με ηλεκτρική)-σφουγγάρισμα. Πλυντήριο - απλωμα-στεγνωμα-σιδέρωμα στο καπάκι. Αν τα αφήσεις τη γ@μ...ες... θα σε πνίξουν !

Εμαθα να κανω καλα καποια βασικα πχ πως τσιγαριζεις κρεμυδι , πως βραζεις ρυζι , μακαρονια , πως ψηνεις κρεας και μετα ψιλοαυτοσχεδιαζω. 
Επισης εχω δει πολυ πετρετζικη. 
Απο ενα σημειο και μετα καταλαβαινεις ποτε ενα φαγητο ειναι ετοιμο και ποτε οχι. Θελει εξασκηση.
Και στην τελικη οταν ειναι ζεστο και πεινας , ολα καλα ειναι :)

Πολλή αλήθεια σε λίγες λέξεις έριξες! (αν είναι ζεστό και πείνας...)

Καποια λίγα πράγματα τα ήξερα, απλά δεν περίμενα ποτέ ότι θα κάτσω να βράσω μπρόκολο! Ο Πετρετζικης είναι πολύ ωραίος, αλλά πέφτει ανελέητο σπονσορινγκ από εταιρείες...

Εγω κανω αυγά ποσέ (poached eggs, baby!) -- με στροβιλο στο νερό, ομοιόμορφο σχήμα, και τα παντα όλα! Η φάση ήταν να μάθω να σπάω το αυγό πρώτα, ευτυχώς έχει βίντεο με οδηγίες στο youtube! :) Τώρα, ρύζι και τέτοια... αυτά τα κάνω με... proxy, την γυναίκα μου!
