Hola querida comunidad, @lifestyle. Espero estén bien. Les cuento que  tengo poco tiempo en hive y en esta oportunidad estoy por aqui para hablarles un poco sobre una experiencia que desde hace un tiempo para aca he venido disfrutando, y me correspondido enseñarle a otras personas. Se preguntaran que será?, pues les comienzo contando que desde niña siempre he tenido una pasión y un gusto por la música y sobretodo por el baile,mi familia siempre se ha caracterizado por ser alegre, y por disfrutar mucho de la música y el baile. Desde allí puedo decir que nace mi gusto por el baile y aunque nunca pude formar parte de una academia o asistir algun sitio donde pudiese aprender mas de esto, nunca deje de hacerlo ya que siempre encontraba el momento para disfrutar y bailar asi fuera haciendo oficios.

Al pasar los años, siendo mas joven pensé en estudiar en una academia de música, pero por los altos costos no puede ingresar a ella. Asi paso el tiempo y pues nunca pude aprender de manera formal, pero eso no impidió que dejara de gustarme el baile y lo tome como un hobby que me ayuda muchas veces a drenar y dejar a un lado el estrés. 

Les cuento que, como soy docente de geografia e historia,  hace 4 años empece a trabajar en un liceo público.  Luego de 3 años compartiendo con mis estudiantes me di cuenta que hacia falta un grupo diferente en la institución, donde los estudiantes pudieran vivir una experiencia diferente. Debido a las actividades culturales exigidas en el liceo, surgió la necesidad de la creación de un grupo de danza, idea que me pareció excelente. Pero solo habia un detalle, no habia profesor de baile quien los orientara y apoyara. Creo que fue un momento de felicidad para mí y simplemente dije, yo lo hago. La preocupación para los directivos era el tiempo que le podia dedicar, porque aparte de dar clases de Geografia e historia, soy coordinadora en la institución y tengo el tiempo completamente ocupado. Sin embargo me decidí a orientar a este grupo de danza y le dimos comienzo al proyecto. Puedo confesar que no ha sido un reto fácil, pero no ha sido imposible. Realizamos las inscripciones y un aproximado de 15 chicas integraron este grupo.

¿Y a que no adivinan?, he conseguido un grupo de jovenes con un talento en el baile, es increible. Tengo una estudiante, que por medidas de seguridad no mencionare su nombre, pero es una chica excelente en el área de danza. A veces es importante conocer los talentos de nuestros jovenes y darle la oportunidad, de que ellos también sean lideres, apoyándolos y guiándolos. Es por esto que le dije a ella si aceptaba dar las clases conmigo, ella en el área práctica y yo en la teoria y creanme que me ha sorprendido.

Es un grupo de jovenes con realidades distintas, de años diferentes desde 1ero hasta 5to año. Son jovenes que aman lo que hacen y que a pesar de su tiempo y de la carga académica que tienen, siempre sacan el tiempo necesario para reunirnos, ensayar e ir aprendiendo. Actualmente somos el grupo de Danza oficial de la institución, hemos tenido presentaciones dentro y fuera de la institución, es decir en otras escuelas o liceos donde nos han invitado. Una de las cosas que hemos querido rescatar son esos bailes tradicionales venezolanos ( el tamunangue, el joropo, bailes nacionales, la zaragoza) por que es importante recordarles a nuestros jovenes que la música bonita rompe fronteras.

Mi experiencia como profesora con este grupo de jovenes, ha sido bastante enriquecedor y nutritivo, creanme que yo también he aprendido muchísimo de ellas. Cada una con su carisma, sueños, alegrias, compromiso. Siempre me hacen reir con su espontaneidad y esas energias que desbordan cada vez que bailan y presentan al publico su don. Bailar con ellas, enseñarles este arte es de mucha satisfacción para mí. Espero en otra oportunidad, poder mostrarles más sobre este trabajo tan bonito que se ha ido realizando. Hello dear community @lifestyle. I hope you are well. I tell you that I have little time in hive and this time I am here to tell you a little about an experience that for some time now I have been enjoying, and it corresponds to me to teach other people. You may wonder what it will be, well I begin by telling you that since I was a child I have always had a passion and a taste for music and especially for dancing, my family has always been characterized by being cheerful, and to enjoy music and dance. From there I can say that my taste for dancing was born and although I could never be part of an academy or attend any place where I could learn more of this, I never stopped doing it because I always found the time to enjoy and dance even if I was doing trades.

As the years went by, being younger I thought about studying in a music academy, but due to the high costs I could not enter it. So time passed and I could never learn in a formal way, but that did not stop me to stop liking the dance and take it as a hobby that helps me many times to drain and leave aside the stress. 

I am a geography and history teacher and 4 years ago I started working in a public high school.  After 3 years sharing with my students I realized that there was a need for a different group in the institution, where students could live a different experience. Due to the cultural activities required in the high school, the need for the creation of a dance group arose, an idea that I thought was excellent. But there was only one detail, there was no dance teacher to guide and support them. I think it was a moment of happiness for me and I simply said, I'll do it. The concern for the directors was the time I could dedicate to it, because apart from teaching Geography and History, I am a coordinator at the institution and I have my time completely occupied. However, I decided to guide this dance group and we started the project. I can confess that it has not been an easy challenge, but it has not been impossible. We made the inscriptions and approximately 15 girls integrated this group.

And wouldn't you know it, I have gotten a group of young people with an incredible talent in dance. I have a student, who for security reasons I will not mention her name, but she is an excellent girl in the area of dance. Sometimes it is important to know the talents of our young people and give them the opportunity to also be leaders, supporting and guiding them. That is why I asked her if she would accept to teach the classes with me, she in the practical area and me in the theory and believe me she has surprised me.

It is a group of young people with different realities, from different years from 1st to 5th grade. They are young people who love what they do and despite their time and the academic load they have, they always take the time to meet, rehearse and learn. Currently
We are the official dance group of the institution, we have had presentations inside and outside the institution, that is to say in other schools or high schools where we have been invited. One of the things we have wanted to rescue are those traditional Venezuelan dances (the tamunangue, the joropo, national dances, the zaragoza) because it is important to remind our young people that beautiful music breaks frontiers.

My experience as a teacher with this group of young people has been very enriching and nourishing, believe me that I have also learned a lot from them. Each one with her charisma, dreams, joys, commitment. They always make me laugh with their spontaneity and those energies that overflow every time they dance and present their gift to the public. Dancing with them, teaching them this art is a great satisfaction for me. I hope in another opportunity, I can show you more about this beautiful work that has been done.
