how to make Chana Misti
Many of us like sweets.  But maybe I can't eat sometimes because I don't know how to make it.  However, this dessert is very easy to make.  To make the sweet, you have to collect the ingredients first.

 I used materials like my quantity here.  You will use materials according to your quantity.  But the rules are the same.

 Materials -

 At the beginning take 2 cups of lamb, 2 cups of sugar, 4 cups of water, 1 cup of vinegar.

 Preparation -

 First of all you have to make a good puppy.  Remember to use 2 liters of milk to make 2 cups of lamb.  First you have to mix 3-4 cups of milk with 2 liters of milk. In fact, you have to mix one cup of vinegar and one cup of water in it. Now turn off the stove and cover it with lid.  Then when you open the lid, you can see that it is a chana .  Now the chana should be washed well with normal water, wrapped in cotton cloth and left for 2-2.30 minutes.  Basically after pouring water but the lamb will be ready for sweetness.  This time we have to start making sweets.  For this, first you have to spread the baby well by hand.

 It should be spread in such a way that it does not break when making balls with the chicks.  Now you have to make a sweet size ball with the chicks.  As much as 2 cups of lamb.  Now who has to put the balls in the vein.  Remember to make sirata after making balls with the chicks.  To make cider, you have to mix well with sugar, water and cardamom in a pan.  In fact, when the water becomes like a syringe, the balls made by the baby should be released into the syringe.  Now after giving the balls, you have to light the medium ache stove for 10 minutes.  After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and cover well with a lid for 3-4 hours.  After that the chicks will be full of juice and will be made into a fun sweet.  Now you can serve as you wish.
