Hi everyone!
I have been working as an OCD Japanese curator for about 3 months now. They celebrated the 100th International Daily the other day. I wrote a little about myself if you would like to check it out as well as other cool curators!

ジンです。いつもお世話になっております。
Steemit を初めて8ヶ月。色んな方と出会い、助けられ、ここまでやって来れました。皆さんありがとうございます。

今回は Curator のお仕事をしている OCD International Daily が100投稿を迎え、私達 Curatorの自己紹介をしました。

英文だけだったので、こちらに日本語訳を載せます。
でもあの...私、日本語苦手です。と言うか、人生半分以上カナダにいるので英語はイマイチ、日本語は怪しくなっているという状況です。お許しください。

まずワタクシ、ただ趣味で絵を描いている日本人です。他には愛猫を溺愛しているくらいで、特技はありません。だからかなりネタに困ります。それと、前にも言いましたが、こちらで出会ったスティーミアンさんの3分の1ほどの方が、私のことを男子と思うみたいですね。残念ながら女子です。皆さんご存知の通り @skyleap さんの似顔絵はかなり本人に忠実です！今回 OCD の投稿のために @skyleap さんにお願いして、似顔絵をアレンジしていただきました。可愛さレベルアップです！(笑) ありがとうございます！

Steemit の仕組みやら何やらは最近やっと慣れてきました。始めた頃は良く分からずに投稿して、その度に凹んでいたものです。それでも時々現れる大きな upvote に救われ励まされ、今までやって来れました。そんな大きな upvote の持ち主の一人は @acidyo さんでした。そしてある日 @jznsamuel さんに OCD Daily に推薦していただき、偶然にもOCDの 運営をしている方が @acidyo さんでビビビっと運命を感じました。その頃ですかね、いつか自分も Curator になりたいなと思い始めたのは。。。  そして3ヶ月前、OCD 日本語 Curator の募集があり、Curatorになることが出来ました。

Curator のお仕事を始めてすぐは、目が回るような日々でした。仕事内容は、Steemit を始めて6ヶ月以内で、報酬の少ない投稿を探し OCD International Daily に推薦する、紹介文を書く、順番で OCD の記事を作成するなどです。思えば、ちょうどインフルエンザにかかった1週間が OCD の記事の作成を引き受けた週で、ひーひーいいながら記事の作成をしました(笑)
ミスもたくさんしましたし、わけが分からなくて投げ出したいと思ったこともありましたが、OCD チームのサポートのおかげでなんとか乗りきれました。 チームの皆さん、@ocd 、@acidyo さんに感謝です。皆さん素晴らしい Curator さんなんです。これからもっともっと見習って勉強して、最高の Curator を目指したいと思います。 これからも宜しくお願いします^^

**Hi @djynn!**

Could you tell me, please, what are the "technical elements" that I should use to have an opportunity and that some OCD curator see my work? With this I mean, if I must use a specific tag (I know that the quality of the post is essential) or something else. I know that for resteem it's ocd-resteem, but I do not know if that's enough.

I take the opportunity to congratulate you for your work, I think it's wonderful what you do. I have a couple of hours reading many things about @ocd through @acidyo and I find it spectacular. I also have no idea how I can become a curator, but I think that is asking for a lot of hahahaha ...

There are no technical elements except what you know already. We have English and 10 languages curators looking for undervalued posts everyday. Spanish is one of them. I'm not sure how big is the Spanish community or how Spanish curators look for undervalued post. I look through under #japanese tag and interact as much as I can. Interacting brings the trafic to my posts and I find it easy to find the undervalued post later. Meaning that you can be interacting with curators as well. Don't ask to get nominated though. That will not work. Curators need support to support you. I think it should work both way. I think interacting is the key here to grow ;) How to become a curator... keep your eyes on acidyo's post. If he is looking for new curators he will post about it :)

まずは@ocdの推薦をしていただき本当にありがとうございます！
@ocdのcuratorを確認してきましたが、みな素晴らしい作品や記事を投稿されていてビックリしました！
自分もcreatorになれるように素晴らしい作品を作っていきたいですね！
また、@djynnさんの描く絵は、ただ似ていたりうまいだけでなく、その人物、動物などの感情までも描き出しており、本当に魅力的に感じてます。
