Hello everyone. Let me introduce you Triscuit.
Thanks to a friend of mine who provided me with wonderful models. I'm one more step closer to getting commissions. Stay tuned for the post for "Open Commissions!" I'm hoping to announce the receiving of commissions on HIVE community in the next couple of months.

I made a new sketch of Triscuit before started to paint. I simply didn't like the first one I made. 
I used the grid as a guide as usual. I didn't add many details to the sketch this time because there were too many. Trisscuit has very interesting patterns on his coat. I decided to add that as I add colours. 

>さてさて、いつものようにグリッドを使って描きますが、先にしたスケッチが気に入らなかったので描き直してからのスタートです。シマシマがたくさんあるのであまり描き込みませんでした。色をつける段階で描き込もうと思います。

Here is the process. I love painting eyes. When the eyes look finished I tend to feel it is done which let me not want to work on the artwork sometimes but it's been getting me in a good mood lately. So I painted them in the early stages of painting. I know that I need to adjust them later but I usually add the sparkles in it already. 

>何度も言っていますが目を描くのが好きです。目を先に仕上げてしまうと他の部分も仕上がったと錯覚して作業が進まないことが多いのですが、最近はその逆でモチベーションが上がります。最後に描き直す確率が高いのですが今回も先に描き込んでキラキラも入れちゃいました。

I adjusted the hue at the end, added shadows and blurred some parts.

Here are the zoomed photos of the finished eyes. The whiskers look pixely in the image... It looks fine on the full-size painting though. I probably used the wrong brush tool.

>目のキラキラはやはり最後に描き直しました。スクショの画像ではおひげがピクセル画のようになっていますがオリジナルサイズは大丈夫です。多分ひげを描くのに使ったブラシのせいです。

グリットを使って描く写真おもしろいです！こうやって描いているんだな〜とすごくわかりやすかったです。猫のキレイな目、描くの楽しそうですね。
