The weight loss continues!  Weekends are when I get my best workouts in.  You going to work out this weekend?

Life is too good to be in bad shape and not eating well. I’m already seeing changes in how I feel!

Having the gym to oneself is the best way to have a gym.

I started a small exersize routine that I hope to build on in the upcoming weeks.
