Think like a monk!

I finally found some time to ready again tonight.  I read about values.  

Jay talks about higher and lower values.  

Higher valued include gratitude, service, truthfulness, compassion, charity, acceptance, performing sacrifice, deep study, austerity, nonviolence, truthfulness, absence of anger, renunciation, perspective, restraint from fault finding, integrity, and determination. 

Lower values include greed, lust, ego, illusion, envy, anger, and envy.

He challenges to take a week and before each time you decide to what you are going to do next assign a value to it.  

I am planning on trying this over the next few days.  See how it goes.
