2 weeks down. 6 weeks to go!  This is a follow up from this [post](https://peakd.com/neoxian/@dkidfit/going-to-run-a-trial-with-creatine) I wrote. For those that are the interested this is the creatine I am using. [Promix](https://promixnutrition.com/products/creatine) This truly has zero taste and it really mixes well. I have been just throwing it into my protein shakes and i do not taste it at all. The initial change to my body was that I did start retaining water. About 3-4 lbs. This was a little frustrating where I am trying to lose weight but it was fine. I did expect it though so I am fine with that. My gym session have been more productive. I feel like i can lift longer and have been able to go for more reps and hight rates. Placebo effect? Maybe. I do feel like I am getting stronger and I am feel better lifting harder. I have not had any stomach issue while on creatine. My friend who is running the same experiment is not so lucky. He has already stopped taking it. Everyone is different. I will update you all after the 6 weeks is over. Good luck all. Get to the gym!
