- Feliz día, amigos de la comunidad **HiveFood**, hoy les traigo un delicioso almuerzo, el motivo de esta comida distinta a la que siempre preparo **trozos de pollo mezclados con vegetales** se debe a esas  ganas de comer algo sabroso y diferente además de saludable, me anime en su preparación debido al tiempo sin probar esta delicioso comida, siempre la degusté en los restaurantes chinos: Chop suey pero esta vez fue preparada a lo venezolano por mi. **Chop suey casero**.

Les deseo un extraordinario día, este almuerzo que les mostraré a continuación;  Lo preparé porque además de ser una buena opción para comer sano, bajo en calorías, nos permite combinar con  los vegetales que tengamos en nuestra nevera y la creatividad de cada uno de nosotros, variar considerablemente en cada persona que lo prepare, no es necesario ni estricto añadirle un vegetal exclusivo, puede utilizar los ingredientes que se tenga a mano para combinar con el pollo y que quede igualmente delicioso, constituye una comida completa y fácil en su elaboración.


Sin más le muestro los 𝕴𝖓𝖌𝖗𝖊𝖉𝖎𝖊𝖓𝖙𝖊𝖘 a utilizar:

🍗1/2 pechuga de pollo.
1/4 de repollo morado. 
1 trozo de pimentón verde.
1 trozo de pimentón rojo.
🥕1 zanahoria.
1 penca de apio.
1/2 cebolla blanca.
4 dientes de ajo.
🍆1 berenjena. 
Jengibre rallado al gusto.
1 cucharada de pimienta. 
1 cucharada de azúcar.
4 cucharada de aceite.
Salsa de soya la necesaria.
Sal al gusto.

Empezamos Colocando la media pechuga sobre la tabla y la vamos a trocear  tipo juliana, luego tomamos todos los vegetales: la media cebolla, los trozos de pimentones y cebolla, la berenjena, la zanahoria, la penca de apio, el ajo lo machacamos y el jengibre picamos un pedacito y lo rallamos. Reservamos.

Agarramos un sartén y le agregamos las cuatro cucharadas de aceite dejamos calentar a fuego medio y agregamos el pollo troceado dejamos que cambie el color al cocinarse y de una vez salpimentamos.

Trasladamos el pollo a un plato, en ese mismo sartén colocamos el ajo machacado a sofreír e inmediatamente agregamos todos los vegetales.

Agregamos el Jengibre, la sal al gusto y para finalizar la cucharada de azúcar, removemos bien todos los vegetales por espacio de 4 minutos aproximadamente.

Y para finalizar le agregamos la salsa de soya para aderezar nuestro vegetales, este ingrediente  no puede faltar en este plato para resaltar el sabor y textura de nuestro chop suey.
