Feliz día, amigos de #Hivefood, Hoy les comparto estos deliciosos panes caseros, me inspiro realizar esta receta, las ganas de comer pan de jamón desde el mes de diciembre, que es cuando más preparamos estos panes. Y, ya que han pasado varios meses, me anime a preparar, pero esta vez con un relleno distinto, tomé como ingredientes principales la tocineta y dos tipos de queso mozzarella y queso blanco rallado. Ideal para desayunar, cenar, merendar, acompañar una taza de café o chocolate.

### Sin más, le muestro los  Ingredientes a utilizar:

2 tazas grande de harina de trigo.
1/2 taza de agua tibia. 
1 cucharada de levadura.
1 cucharada de azúcar.
1 cucharada de sal. 
3 cucharadas de mantequilla.
3 cucharadas de leche en polvo.
1 huevo.

### Para el relleno:

150 gr de tocineta.
Queso mozzarella al gusto.
Queso blanco rallado al gusto.

### Para barnizar:

1 huevo batido.

### Without further ado, here are the ingredients to be used: 

2 large cups of wheat flour.
1/2 cup warm water. 
1 tablespoon of yeast.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 tablespoon salt. 
3 tablespoons butter.
3 tablespoons of powdered milk.
1 egg.

### For the filling:

150 gr of bacon.
Mozzarella cheese to taste.
Grated white cheese to taste.

### For varnishing:

Empezamos colocando la media taza de agua tibia en el vaso de la licuadora, añadimos: las tres cucharadas de leche, las tres cucharadas de mantequilla, el huevo, la cucharada de levadura y por último la cucharada de azúcar. Batimos hasta que se mezclen todos estos ingredientes.

Colocamos las dos tazas de harina en el mesón, le abrimos un hueco en el centro, y allí vamos a añadir la cucharada de sal por los costados de la harina, enseguida la mezcla que elaboramos en la  licuadora de a poco la vamos agregando, uniendo y amasando, hasta lograr integrar y formar una bola de masa suave.

Ponemos en un envase, la masa  redondeamos y cubrimos con papel film,  colocamos en un lugar calentito para que doble su tamaño, durante 20 minutos aproximadamente.

Procedemos a quitar los gases a la masa, la empolvoramos con un poquito de harina de trigo, amasamos y la dividimos en dos partes con la ayuda de un cortador, formamos nuestros panes.

Le damos una forma rectangular a la masa y eliminando los excesos, agregamos el queso rallado y la tocineta, dejamos un espacio al final de la masa, con la ayuda de un cuchillo, dividimos con cortes en líneas y enrollamos.

Listo y enrollado, los trasladamos a una bandeja previamente engrasada, barnizamos los panes con el huevo previamente batido, tapamos nuevamente con papel film, dejamos reposar y que crezcan por espacio de 80 minutos aproximado.

Cuando pasen los minutos, prendemos el horno a 180° centígrados, y metemos los dos panes a hornear, dejamos por espacio de 20 minutos o hasta que note se están tornando doraditos.

Lista mi receta del día de hoy amigos, estos panes recién salidos del horno calentito, quedaron riquísimos con la tocineta y los dos tipos de queso muy suavecitos con la mezcla que preparé en la licuadora, además de tostaditos por fuera, espero lo puedan disfrutar al igual que nosotros quedaron riquísimos y lo disfrutamos mucho.

Hey querida @dlizara este tipo de post me hacen extrañar los alimentos de origen animal 😅. Se ve realmente apetitoso!! 

Definitivamente me dieron ganas de intentar esta receta, pero en mi versión vegetariana le quitaría la tocineta al relleno y quizás le agregaría ajo y perejil fresco a la masa para darle el plus de sabor que le quité al relleno.🤭🤭

Definitivamente, tengo que hacer esta receta, es perfecta. Me gusta hacer panes, pero tengo tiempo sin preparar algo, creo que esta receta es ideal para no perder la práctica jejejeje, aunque le agregaría jamón ahumado.

Hola amigo, si te gusta preparar tus panes hazlo no te arrepentirás además, puedes agregarle lo que tu desees, yo le agregue tocineta porque tenia desde Diciembre que no la comía, pero si quieres jamón ahumado igual quedan deliciosos, y te doy las gracias a ti por visitar mi blog, un abrazo!!!
