Steem Apps Explorer Update: Transaction details for app devs, 30+ Tribes

Hi! Just added a details page for every transaction on Steem Apps Explorer. This can be helpful for developers and tech nerds that love to dig dipper into what's happening inside. Nothing special, just a utility. Although, it's not my main priority I will try add transaction search this week. Thanks @anyx for a cool api that helped me to make this happen. 

Hint: to see a transaction detail just click on its id.

I also removed prev/next buttons cause I didn't like the way it looked. If you need this functionality, you can just you your up/down arrows on the search input field lol.  Instead, I added a simple text that will serve an information purpose for latest updates, new releases, exclusive promos or whatever I come up with.

### Future plans
I want to experiment more with Tribes and create something that hasn't been done before that can bring a ton of values for all of those micro-communities. So I'm open up to any suggestions and recommendations on what can be useful for you guys. 

Btw, I added over 30 more tribes to enhance the tracking experience for you. Right now it's mostly steem-engine tokens but I'll add steem-related accounts as well, no problem. Hit me up on discord if I missed you.
