<div class="text-justify"> The new Steemit has ruled out spam, which is a great thing because users need to get more creative and unique in their posts. I would also add that attention should be paid to those who work power down, because that is how the value of Steem falls. Of course, the third factor is the lobby groups that support their members although they have a large number of posts that do not have some great quality. This is a period where things will become clear, where a golden environment will be found with new rules that lead us all to victory in the world of social business networks.

There are users who are really great as bloggers, there is another group of creative developers who create apps as powerful marketing tools for getting attention. Now that everyone knows they have to follow the rules of originality, quality and honesty, there comes a moment that will attract new generations of successful investors and creative individuals. I divide the business into two parts, attack and defence. Marketing and sales are 80% of success, if we don't have new users we can't build a relationship with them. Marketing and sales are an attack, they are attention-grabbing and bring new users and investors to the Steem ecosystem. Penalties, minuses, flags, rules of the game, etc. are defence, of course, without defense there is no success. We now have a strong defense and to step up our attack, we need to go a step further in our creative Steem business.

When the number of posts and voting for themselves is reduced, the prize pool will be shared with those who remain and who have quality posts and activities, they will earn more as we see it now. On the other hand, the prize pool is limited and it is impossible for millions of people to earn good money. The solution that follows is to create new special-purpose coins and this will increase the number of applications where users can find themselves and make money. It is a great plan and I believe that with more aggressive marketing and promotion, Steem value will soon begin to rise.

Persistence and discipline are virtues that should be dominant in any business. I didn't miss a day on Steemit, there was no excuse not to do at least one post. I didn't know English at first, Steemit became my best teacher. I started writing with google translate, I made very big mistakes. I didn’t know how to style a blog, I simply wanted to become successful as a blogger and gave myself a goal to reach the top. I've been doing a lot of competitions to reward new users, it's an experience that pleases me and means a lot to me to do something good. This is now the new Steemit to represent business philanthropic work, it creates additional excitement for me. We should reward others who have good posts, I never like to reach out to people to vote for me, I accept responsibility for everything I do. It's important that we embrace change because as investors we all look forward to Steem's value rising.

Investors are a privileged user group that has a great ROI to vote on, they are a noble group that becomes a powerful ally in the fight against poverty. When we see what is being done to make the Steem ecosystem a great story, then we know that now is the best time to invest in Steem because its value is very small. When the value of one Steem is $ 5 or $ 10, not everyone can become dolphins or orcs. Now is a good chance to invest in Steem because with that investment you are investing in your future. It is important for us to understand that we are now at a new and healthy start, and now the real business story begins.

We have two types of people, those who have arguments and those who are rich, which group of people do you belong to? Never listen to those who are not successful, follow the paths of those who have made many mistakes. Only those who are 100% dedicated achieve the ultimate success, imagine that people are 99.9% focused, which means that they would have at least 15,000 crashed planes a year, that 100,000 shipments to the right address would not arrive, and that at least 500 people would die in the operating room table etc. Don't look for blame in others, be responsible for your success and life.

True Steem leaders are those who 1. Invest in Steem Power, 2. Who write useful and creative posts, 3. Who do not download Steem Power, 4.  Who create creative marketing campaigns, applications, etc. It doesn't matter if you are not the best blogger when you are honest everyone will give you a chance to become one. I find that only those who have leadership traits should be judges on Steemit because they have the psychological consistency to do so. Be an example to others, be creative, honourable and pass on knowledge to other users. 

We only have the chance to advance if we are honest, because if we do not understand that we need to synergize the differences, then we will surely go to the bottom. If one is persistent then he should not be punished, he should be educated to change his mindset. Because we need to give everyone a chance to move in a new direction, we do not need negative stories but open support and education for change. Where there are ego and vanity, there is no real intelligence. We need virtue and wisdom that will take us to the top, our place is to be on the throne of Social Business Networks. </div>
