After moving in to my apartment. I decided to continue paying the previous owner's ISP thinking it would be much easier to use a service that are already installed in the apartment, and so I thought. The customer support told me that internet will be back in an hour once the bill was paid. Thinking it's my best option rather than to wait for other ISP to scout my location if their service are available. But it turned out that there's a problem with the device itself. There was no light signal on WAN and the phone's dial tone is dead. 

I tried to call the tech support for almost every hour of my free time. They kept telling me that I should wait and the problem will fix itself, telling me my network is active even though there's no WAN signal on the modem. But that's not the only problem, the signal of my phone's mobile provider rarely touch my smart phone, calling the tech support takes more time waiting patiently that my call will go through the end of the day.

After calling the tech support for almost 4 days, a local tech have finally showed up. It was a touching moment, I was so glad that I knew the problem will be solved. In just minutes the tech manages to make the phone available and after configuring the router for minutes it's finally became available through it's network. 

Finally! I can trade again using my phone. Even though the PLDT took to much of my time, I am still thankful that the problem was fixed.
